I had my Ford Fusion towed in. I told them very little of the problem and they did a thorough diagnostic on it. The result was an almost $5000 savings... from another quote I got from another dealership. Thank you Classic Ford. Mary H.
You all did a great job on the recall and all of the other services I've had done there. You all some some people in service that need customers service... 101 training. Especially the young lady that answers the service department calls. Patrick Orr was great to work with.
The representative was patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and very respectful. He listened to what my needs were in a vehicle and responded accordingly.... He found me the best match for what I was looking for in a vehicle.
The customer service at classic Ford in Smithfield is horrible. I was told by a Mr. Tim Jones to take my defected car that they had already diagnosed with... a major problem, 30 miles down the road to another Ford dealership who could help me! I don't take putting my child or myself in danger very lightly and this is what that man was telling us to do. When asked to speak with a General Manager, I was told he is not here today and was giving the run around. No one here is on the same page. My child and myself spent over 4 hours waiting for a rental car to be told we don't have anything for you. They then told me to pay for a rental myself and they could reimburse me later. This is not acceptable as this is a brand new vehicle still under warranty and has spent more time in the shop than in my own yard! No one at this store made this right and I am currently without a vehicle to drive because classic Ford of Smithfield could not step up and put one of there customers in a rental car!
I took my truck in for service for oil change and told the service advisor about something hanging from underneath my truck he assured me they would check... it out. About an hour and a half later he come out and told me everything is good and I’m ready to go. When I get home I noticed something hanging under my truck it was the under pan and they had just tied it up and it was still broken. I called the service manager twice and left messages with no return. Very poor service
I went in back in February to check out a used F150. The truck was older with more miles than I was really looking for, but I wanted to give it a look... before I purchased another one I had been looking at. The salesman who helped me was great! However, the finance guy was done helping me after he found out I wasn't using one of their lenders. He valued my 2017 spotless trade with 30k miles at about 4k under book trade in value and jacked the price up on their vehicle.. I work in sales, I know how the game works but that was pretty insulting. He went on to explain to me that they did some sort of "Platinum Detail" or something on the truck I was looking at.. Which from what I could see, consisted of a bunch of tire shine and some tan interor spray paint on the door panels haha... Long story short, When I left there, I went to Deacon Jones and got a LOW mileage truck and a fair price on my trade... I usually switch vehicles at least once a year, I won't ever shop here again...
We were very happy with our experience with the staff at Smithfield Ford. They worked with us to get a 0% interest rate for 72 months. Highly recommend... this company for your ford needs. Glen, the sales and leasing consultant was very friendly. He sat with us for 45 minutes on all the features and uses of this truck. He showed us how to use the app as well. He had followed up and told us if we have any questions we could contact him at any time. Fantastic customer service.
My old Explorer turned 20 July 1 and had 250,000 miles. It needed some repairs that looked expensive. I had determined I would keep the car 20 years... and that goal had been achieved with very satisfactory results. Therefore, my first choice (having studied Consumer Reports and discounted their rating for "customer satisfaction, was to check out the Ford Explorer XLT in white that resided at Classic Ford in the nearby town of Smithfield, NC. I was met by Jackie Dickens, who was exceedingly kind and knowledgeable. She tuned me into all the new innovations that my dear car had not even dreamed about. We were able to work out a deal and I soon owned a new Explorer, which I hope behaves as well as the old one did. Here's to a happy 250.000 miles. In twenty years I'll be 97 so I believe this is my last new car. We'll see....... :>)
I contacted this dealership via cars.com ready to purchase a Ford F-150 raptor, after being contacted via phone from the dealer we began the sales process... , to my surprise I was sent a purchase order for 4K more than the sticker price and almost 10k more than what they had advertised. I asked to speak to the general sales manager or owner regarding their mistake and I was told it was a third-party issue and they were fixing it but they would be happy to sell it to me for sticker price, I laughed and graciously declined. Avoid Classic Ford and any of their “internet offers”
Had a good experience with Joshua Harrington. Was not pressured. He allowed me to take my time to think about the deal. Would recommend him to my friends.
