WORST customer service I have had at a dealership, and I've been to plenty of them. Not only was Ray (used car sales manager) rude and dismissive, he
gave us a way low ball offer on the appraisal of our vehicle. Our goal was to have a lower car payment than the one we currently had. After doing my research on cars and contacting different dealerships, I knew this was possible with the cars I had been looking at. I seen they had a 2016 Jeep Compass (the car I've been doing price research on) so we went in to talk numbers and to get a trade in value for our GMC Terrain on Thursday October 12, 2017. I told our sales rep, who I believed was named Cassandra, at the BEGINNING of our appointment our goal was to LOWER our car payment. We looked at the Jeep for awhile, while Ray was doing his appraisal. After all that, we sat back down at her desk looking at numbers. I tell her the price range we were comfortable with. She immediately looked shocked (as if I didn't tell her this information from the very beginning....) and laughed and said "oh wow!.... Let me go tell Ray that" after she let Ray know, they said they couldn't work with us. No, Ray didn't ever come introduce himself to us or even try and give us options. They pretty much gave up on us (which is SHOCKING from a car dealership) Hallelujah, I am so glad I didn't work with them, because after that we went to Dorman Cadillac GMC in Dunn, NC and let me tell you.... our experience was polar opposite with them! We got a trade in value for $12,000 on our GMC, which Ray gave us a $9,500 appraisal. The used car sales manager at Dorman went out of his way to talk to us and made sure we got a car within our budget! We got the same exact car Classic Ford had at Dorman Cadillac GMC with even LESS miles then the one at Classic Ford. We lowered our car payments, got amazing customer service and got an awesome vehicle! Classic Ford is a joke and are scammers in my opinion.

Bought a 2014 Expedition in Feb. They didn't disclose that car had it's air bags deployed. Only found out now when auto insurance company called to as
k about it. Called other dealerships to ask about trading it in since I didn't feel safe driving it and no one will take it. So I have a car that's worthless! Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Seeking legal counsel to deal with this.
