New Bronco
I took one star away because the dealership does not have water and sodas for customers. I?m a lifetime chevy owner and all dealerships have snacks and drinks for their customers. Even other Ford dealerships do. As for the buying process, with todays technology and peoples busy lives-it shouldn?t take hours upon hours to come to a deal. 3 hours to pick up my vehicle once the numbers were done. It was raining so the vehicle wasn?t cleaned up and there was no offer of a wash at a later date. All together I spent 7.5 hours over two days. If Ford paid my normal employment rate I would be able to buy some nice accessories. I also don?t see how Ford can permit dealers to mark-ip their vehicles $20K over MSRP? MSRP the dealer still makes money, invoice price , still making money. This is a factory vehicle not with any aftermarket accessories or add ons.

Complaint re an extended warranty
I took my 2017 F350 Twice to this dealership for repairs on the transmission. They had my truck tow times and never fixed. I called the service representative Anthony and let him know that the truck was having the same issues as before and that I believe they didn't fix it. I was told to wait for the transmission to ruins completely so they can put a ne transmission. Before the original warranty expired I call a sales representative Marvin and asked him to get me a quote to extend the warranty. After a couple of months, I purchased an extended warranty for the motor and transmission. I was promised that this warranty would cover anything the truck may need to keep moving. On February 1, 2023 the truck turned off in the middle of the street, the transmission failed. I took the truck to Vista Ford and the next day I was told that the extended warranty DOES NOT cover the transmission. As of today I am still waiting for them to give me a response on a "Financial Assistance" they have requested. I was told that if that assistance is approved I will still need to pay over $5,000 out of pocket. I am very frustrated. I am filling complaints everywhere I can against this dealership. It is not fair, that after I did everything to avoid this, they are making me waste my time. I would never recommend this dealership.

Horrible Customer Service
It's raining in Los Angeles, and the moon roof of my 2021 F150 Lariat (a $73K truck) is leaking. When I called this afternoon to bring it in for service, the gentleman who answered the phone gave me a date 12 days away as the earliest he could schedule me, and after pleading with him that this is an emergency, said he could shorten that to 10 days. I find this outrageous, inconsiderate, and the complete opposite of customer service. Even though Vista is the closest dealer to me, I never intend to return.
