Best sales person, very helpful! He really listened to what I needed and wanted. I was looking to save fuel and went with the passat tdi. I love it, if your in the market for a VW go see Ron!!

on April 31 2013 i came into Quirk volkswagen looking to trade my vehicle in for a Used VW GTI and i was already stressed from alll the dealerships i bin to cause of the inventory and prices, but Moustafa(sales rep) and Bob(finance) couldnt have done any better making my experience as pleasant as it was. These gentlemen were very informant and bent over backwards to help me find the car i wanted and to make it affordable for me overall the best experience I've had in a dealership.

I worked with Lawson Bibuld and Rachel Moozadah on a lease for a 2013 Jetta, and both couldn't have been more helpful. I was coming out from the Springfield area, and they went out of their way to do as much as we could via email, so that I could bring in my trade for appraisal, and sign the papers on the new car. Overall, I felt they listened to my requests, and worked with me as much as possible to get a deal done that worked for both sides. I was treated fairly, with none of the stereotypical car salesman tactics. I highly recommend working with Lawson and Rachel. When it's time for another lease, I wouldn't hesitate to take the ride back to Quirk.

Twice now I've left this dealership and had the same...
Twice now I've left this dealership and had the same issue on the ride home. On one I can forgive because it's a check engine light, and might be more unpredictable. I put it in last week though because it was riding rough and the check engine light was on still from the first repair (and after 3600 in repairs it came back on during the ride home). I was quoted 2700 for those repairs, and it came in 1000 over that estimate. Regardless, for it riding rough they said it would be 500. I asked specifically if this would fix it because I've dropped significant money now into a 7 year old car and didn't want to invest more. They said the manager would look at it to ensure everything was fixed. Well they found another issue, but thankfully it was covered under warranty. They assured me that this would fix it. It bothered me that they wouldnt ensure it would be fixed for sure without me suggesting it, but that's another story. We pick it up and my wife drives the car for less than a mile and says it sounds worse than ever. I call them immediately and they tell me to bring it in. They test drive it around the building and determine a bearing is going. What this tells me is that they didn't test drive it before telling me to pick it up for 1. Second, they didn't really check the car to ensure that's all I would pay if it was that easy to tell what was wrong. All I got for an answer was that they didn't have a crystal ball (though this one didn't require it in my opinion), and that they could help me with the labor costs but that it would still be close to $300. I am really disappointed in this location after buying the car new there. I was planning on buying again there, but won't after going through this. I still feel that after 4500 in repairs this one should be covered. I specifically asked if it would be fixed for 500. I was assured it would be. Seems very deceptive for something so easily detectable to not be mentioned. Everywhere it says you stand by your work, and on the work order it says it was running rough. That wasn't fixed and you're "standing by your work" by making me pay for another shot at fixing the car.

Came in with my 2011 Tiguan for it's yearly...
Came in with my 2011 Tiguan for it's yearly maintenance, which is free by the way. Drove away with a 2013 Tiguan. They are always friendly and courteous and know me and my partner by name. Since 2008, we have bought/leased 2 Eos' and 2 Tiguans. Wouldn't be happier with the service we get from Quirk VW.

I came in looking to shop around and see what my options....
I came in looking to shop around and see what my options. The staff here was very friendly from pickup at QuincyAdam T stop through signing and walking out door. They worked with me as much as possible getting me a very aggressive deal. Even though I was hesitant to come here based on reviews I read from Yelp, I would definitely recommend Quirk to a friend.

This was, by far, the best and easiest car purchase I have ever had. The sales team was quick to respond. They worked with me to negotiate a fair price my new car and most importantly, treated me with respect. I love my new Jetta and will use Quirk from now on when purchasing cars. I highly recommend Quirk VW.
