I had a on line chat with Leith Toyota about a RAV4 Josh from sales did a follow up call, I gave him my requirements and he did his homework and had a list of cars ready for me to review he was professional in all aspects of his job.After a few phone calls and visits I purchased a RAV4 that met my requirements. While we weren't able to close the deal, the sales team was very helpful and very straight-forward. Would definitely recommend Leith to anyone looking for a Toyota in the Raleigh area!

I went to Leith Toyota on 7/21/17 to look at a new 2017 Toyota 4Runner Limited Edition. I had spoken to Solomon Dunston via email in the past, however I did not have an appointment on this day. He was already working with a customer when my husband and I arrived, and he graciously worked us into his schedule that day. He was VERY patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. At one point, I truly forgot I was buying a new 4Runner! Solomon made my car shopping and buying experience very enjoyable...best time I have EVER had buying a new vehicle!!! There was NEVER any pressure from him! He even stayed well past closing time to make sure all of my husband and my questions and concerns were addressed. I highly recommend Solomon as a sales associate and Leith Toyota as a dealership!!!!! I will not go anywhere else!!!!!

I visited Leith on yesterday basically for comparison shopping even though I was confident that they could not do better than their competition that I had previously visited.....well, long story short; I had the pleasure of working with Solomon Dunston and left the dealership pleased to be driving my new 2017 RAV4! The only reason that I only gave 4 stars for the buying process is because I thought that the process could have been shorter even though I must add that Solomon was extremely patient with taking extra time to insure that I tested more than one vehicle and explained in detail all of the vehicle features. Shawn Gould was amazing I had a recall on my 2016 that stopped me from driving my truck. Leith standing behind their product bought my truck for what I paid and put me in another Tacoma. I was so upset and Shawn told me don't worry we got this everything is going to be good, now let's get you in that new truck. Mr. Dunston went to great lengths to alleviate most, if not all, of my stress in purchasing a new car. He was professional and courteous, and quite patient with the myriad questions and concerns I had.

Mark was incredibly thorough, explaining every feature of the car to me before I left. His attention to detail and customer service is fantastic.
