Write a reviewI had expected to write a positive review this morning. But that isn't the way my third trip to Leith Service worked out. I had a 9am appointment to clean the brakes and clean the battery. On previous visits, I received text updates and could click and see what work was being done. At 10:50am, I decided to check what was taking so long. 15 minutes later (I was told it would be 2-3 minutes), Joseph Holden, the service advisor, told me they hadn't even started working on my car yet. So my car was sitting there for over two hours and nobody thought anything was wrong with that or had the courtesy to let me know there was a delay and whether I wanted to stay or take my business elsewhere. Leith lacks respect for its customers. My whole issue with the other dealerships has been was that they did not respect my time, and for Leith not to provide any updates or let me know there was a delay is just unacceptable and poor customer service. There is no excuse for a lack of communication. I asked for my vehicle back since they hadn't done anything in two hours. The service advisor did go and get it, and I was given a $25 gift card. While it is something, it is not enough for the time I wasted there today, and I still need the work completed somewhere else. It seems that they overbook at this dealership, so I will keep trying to find one that respects my time and treats me better. I lost at least three hours of my day, driving there and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting, then waiting to get my car returned. I can't get my time back. Having spent a considerable amount of money at the dealership over the last three months, I expected better.

Sashka is a great salesperson. She wasn't pushy at all and made the whole buying experience easy. My dad has bought 3 cars from Leith and has been taking his cars there for 18 years and is really happy with them.

Savannah in inside sales was absolutely amazing!!! Savannah stayed in contact with my wife all day in finding us the car of our choice. We had immediate need and with the current supply chain issues, we did think we would have any luck. Well...we did Then we were directed to Jamar in sales and the fantastic treatment continued. He walked us through the process, keeping us abreast of all times he meet for us. Absolutely thrilled with Leith Toyota with special gratitude to Savannah and Jamar!!

My experience with this dealership was very unprofessional. Communication was lacking but most importantly the handling of the purchase transaction was deplorable. I expected soo much more from what was supposed to be one of Raleigh's best dealerships. Money that was owed to me was held and I was given the runaround by the dealership for weeks at no fault of my own but only by the incompetence of the dealership. I was given inaccurate information several times and lied to involving the entire transaction that left me nothing but disappointed.

I had a great experience at Leith Toyota in Raleigh, NC. My sales consultant, Donna Moody, carefully explained all the new instrumentation with my new Toyota Corolla LE. Though I am still getting used to all the cars gadgets I do like the new vehicle. Donna went out of her way to help me out with my purchase and even offered to assist me with questions after my purchase. The others I dealt with at the dealership were also very professional and helpful. If you need to purchase a car, it really is "easier here".

I’m a veteran, handicapped. Trying to get in this dealership is kinda difficult on my own. Nobody in this company offered to help. There must be at least 20 employees present sitting around their desks. Upon exiting having finished my business I met the the manager outside near the door and he told me “to get out his way”. Thanks Leith Toyota for making it easier here.
