Not all up front

I went in for a oil change. Air filter change entire rotation. From what I can tell the oil filter and air filter change. We're done fine. They did not add air to the proper manufacturer recommendation. They also did a repair on the computer which disconnected my aftermarket lights which they alluded that they could repair but refused to repair it after the truck sat there for 4 days.

Service of Fusion Hybrid

James was our Service Writer. Very efficient and knowledgeable. No repairs necessary. Simply a safety check, oil change, tire rotation. Two filters replaced. Always bring car here to be serviced.

I bought a Ford because of them.

Was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was going in for a test drive and not only was I impressed with the vehicles they had but the customer service was top notch. Not pushy or high pressure. They were there when you needed them and let us be when we didn't. Able to answer lots of questions but when they didn't know they didn't make things up they figured it out or looked it up. I would feel comfortable sending my mother to buy a car from Patrick. The financing department was just as pleasurable to talk to as well. Not high pressure and explained what everything was as we signed all the paperwork.

Ford Ranger Purchase

After having a bad experience with a different Ford dealership with completing my lease buyout. My faith was restored in Ford and great customer service after visiting Theodore Robbins. I had the pleasure of working with Eddie Castrejon. Eddie and Team were great and made my lease buyout process seamless and fast. I'll definitely be visiting Theodore Robbins Ford again for my next Ford truck purchase.

2023 Ford F-150

The process from beginning to end was quick and painless. It took around 8-10 minutes to sign all documentation. Baldwin Eneaji was great.
