Terrible service and communication form the sales rep

Terrible service and communication form the sales rep Andrew that I was working with, he tried to sell me a vehicle that we did not agree on then tried to up charge the price of the truck $4000 to try to make a quick buck, I didn’t leave with a vehicle and will never come back

I would give 0 stars if I could.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We let salesperson know we were driving 4 hours to view a car, she sent pre-purchase papers and yet sold car the night before (just a few hours after speaking with me). No phone call to alert us so we wouldn't waste time and money driving to see a car that no longer existed - was it ever on their lot? Lots of shady actions by their sales staff - don't go there, do NOT trust them.

They do NOT keep their word.

They do NOT keep their word. All lies. So glad we didn't purchase a vehicle from them. It was worth a 4 hour drive to be lied to, at least we didn't get saddled with a lemon.

Salesman lied to me two times.

Salesman lied to me two times. The car was delivered dirty. Finance guy was great but I paid cash ! New car sales manager is great. General manager has a nice helpful side and a combative side . I?m a GM retiree so the price is set by GM THIS DEALERSHIP DOSENT CARS !!!!
