I have poor credit, so the sales manager aggressively worked with me to reach a "cash" price that I could accept. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in vehicle plus an additional discount. I was able to drive off the lot satisfied with my purchase.

All were great. Brian stayed with me all day until I finally found a vehicle I liked. He was very patient and always had a smile on his face. Chuck went through all features on the car plus Sirius. Mesha went above and beyond to find the lowest interest rate. Everyone had a smile on their face and were all very helpful in finding me a car.

Mr. Bass was very informative about my new vehicle. Rashaan assisted me in setting my satelite radio. Rashaan discussed with me in detail about coupons and if i wanted added features to my vehicle, how i could and how sport durst team will assist me after my purchased vehicle. I recommend Sport Durst...believe me from my experience...they do put US first...

Buying a car can be both exciting and scary. As a matter of fact, I put off selecting a dealership because of the anxieties I had around the entire sales experience. Then, I saw a commercial for Sports Durst. Like all car commercials, this commercial had the shock value that I'm sure they were looking for as a way to catch the attention of buyers. But unlike the other car ads, the Sports Durst employees (participating in the commercial) seemed like family, relatives, and/or friends that really seemed to care about my purchasing experience. Well -- I was right! From the inital phone call I made to set up my appointment, to the very end, I was wowed by the customer experience. I loved the way I was physically (and with care)handed off to the next individual that would be assisting me with my purchase. And to make the experience even better, my 20 year old college student went with me to my appointment that day. She says she will definitely come to visit "Mr. Donald" when it is time for her to purchase her first new car. My brother bought a car from Bryce Paylor a couple of months back and recommended we see him. Bryce has a wonderful personality and is a no pressure salesman. He is very accommodating and knowledgeable. He worked with me for a couple of weeks before we narrowed it down to one specific vehicle. We had a family emergency in the middle of working the deal and he paused everything to help us work through it. He was concerned and thoughtful. Scott Hooper and Rashawn Bass were very helpful, offered speedy service and were knowledgeable about their specific area. Both men were courtesy. Scott was very humorous and made you feel relaxed while you are agreeing to give up all your money. Rashawn was kind and offered us many perks for joining the Dodge family.
