Such an easy process. James took the time to call me back and gave me very good feedback on the process of selling my car. Plan to use him when we buy a car next summer.

When I saw the listing for the car it said it said 20,000 miles on it. This was a lie, when I finally traveled 3 hours to get there (I don't live in Mass) the millage was over 40,000. The dealership apologized, but did not offer to reduce the price. I believe this is pretty much shady and possibly a scam since I had multiple phone calls with them prior about this vehicle. The brakes were also squeaky but the dealership said it was because they were new brakes. Nonetheless, I traveled a super long way, and really wanted the car. I bought it anyway... Before 30 days was over, the brakes did not stop squeaking, I was concerned and I brought it to a service center near me. They had to replace the brakes which I had to pay for, even though, legally the dealership it supposed to. I called the dealership and they were very nasty and said rudely said you should've brought it to us and accused me of lying and tried to foreshadow the brakes were fine. "We're not going to compensate for that." They were 3 hours away, and that is a six hour drive. Legally, the brakes should not have been faulty in the first place, but they were. As a business owner myself, I find it incredibly distasteful that a business would take such advantage of a person so carelessly. It is clear to me, this company thinks it's ok to do this since I am not the first and probably not the last person they do this to.

You know you've had a great experience when you want to buy flowers or chocolate (or both) for Steve Cirino at S&E Auto. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle, in a very long time, and it was our first time at S&E Auto Sales. It could have been so stressful, but it wasn't. Steve is THE best. The. Best. I should note that Adam Violo in financing was also a pleasure to work with. We had such a great, relaxed experience that we'll be taking our car back to S&E Auto for all routine scheduled maintenance.
