S&E Auto Sales

I had a deeply frustrating experience with S&E Auto Sales, and I would strongly advise potential buyers to beware if you're planning to purchase a car at this establishment. I purchased a 2023 Infiniti QX55, only to discover that it had significant undercarriage rust, which was not disclosed to me during the sale. When I brought this issue to the dealership's attention and provided video evidence from the manufacturer's dealer where I had a used car inspection completed after I purchased the car. The primary concern was future suspension and control arm issues due to the extensive rust. S&E outright denied that there was any issue with the car. They showed no accountability for selling the car misrepresenting its true state. Instead I was told Welcome To New England, cars have rust. The dealership has now put the same damaged vehicle back up for sale on their website, without disclosing the issues I faced, putting another unsuspecting buyer at risk of purchasing a car with undisclosed damage. Their lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care is appalling, and I would caution anyone considering doing business with them. I am disappointed by the unethical behavior and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Bought my 2023 Ford F150 Lariat Crew Cab 6.5' Bed from Steve back in December of 2024. Working with Steve was a breath of fresh air. No Hassel, no shenanigans. Very straightforward. If I am looking for another used higher end pick up truck in the future, I will shop with S&E first!

From the moment I walked in , I was welcomed and helped by Adam. I told him what 2 vehicles I was interested in and he showed them to me right away. He took the time to answer all of my questions and never once did I feel pressured to buy something I didn’t want. From the time we completed all of the paperwork to when I drove it off the lot, it was a great experience! I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Buying a car at S&E was by far THE EASIEST experience ever! James and Adam were great to deal with. We were comfortable from the minute we walked in. The entire experience, from contacting James to see if the vehicle was still available to when papers were signed was maybe 2 hours total! Very efficient and no pressure or sales gimmicks. Will send my sons to them when they are looking to buy their first cars as well! Thanks again for everything!
