Recall Service

Extremely bad, unprofessional and awful service. I left my car to get driver airbag replaced for a recall and they say it was going to be 2 days, however it has been 5 days and they still have done nothing and no one has even call me to let me know what's going on so I decided to call and they said that they still waiting for the part... So If I don't call they still keep doing nothing. They should give me a call on the 2nd day to let me know the issue son I be advised, besides I have already take my car to them to have the passenger airbag changed due to a recall also before so why they didn't changed the driver side on that time. This is totally unacceptable specially if is something that is your fault. Please you need to be more serious and take care of the people who trust in your car brand.

No pressure

The experience was surprising from beginning to end! I was never pressured to purchase and the buying process was painless as well. They even offered sandwiches! Great experience overall!

Great Dealership

Came in looking to exchange my car for a small suv. And as soon as I walked in there were people there ready to work for you. I had great opportunity to get Andy Eskbatani as a sales representative. He really and I mean really went out of his way to satisfy me. He went through a lot, he really earned his money with. Outstanding Customer Service!!!!!

I just purchased a 2018 Lincoln MKX and the sales associate Roberto Zepeda known as “El Muñeco” was absolutely very professional and adviced me very well in helping me select the right vehicle that met all my personal and business needs. Jeep Purchase

South Bay Ford, Hawthorne, CA

My husband and I bought a 2018 Lincoln MKX yesterday. We have purchased several cars over the years, but we have never been treated with such genuine respect. Our Sales Consultant, Victor Cedillo, was amazing. After showing us the model we were interested in, we sat at a table and he brought us water. My husband is in a walker, and Victor, at all times, was concerned about his comfort. He reviewed the car for us and answered all questions. We were there during lunch, so he gave us script so we could have lunch while waiting for the finance department to prepare paperwork. After the paperwork was complete, Victor helped us clean out our old car. An amazing man. By the time we left, we had a new, trusted friend. We had never considered buying a Lincoln, but stopped by to take a look. With the help of Victor, we have a perfect car to fit our needs. Thank you, Victor!

Fifth time is a charm.

Sales staff is amazing. My family has bought cars from this dealer in the past and always had a good experience. They are a large dealer with a small dealer feel. Very welcoming did not feel a push to sell me on things I did not want. Will be back when its time for our next great Ford of Lincoln.
