Horrible repair experience
Worse experience ever. Car was in your possession for a recall repair that took months along with poor communication. Mercedes returned my vehicle with broken grill, broken suspension, and brakes somehow. Ongoing beeping noise when the car is off and missing glue with tube falling out of the hood among many other thing. Currently escalating this externally as internal management failed to acknowledge the damages.

Mercedes Of San Jose
MBZ repaired my two front head lights on my 2003 MBZ 320 in a two days. Diagnosed and quoted two other repairs, appreciated. Unfortunately my drive door lock push button was broken off upon return pickup. :(. Notified Scott the Manager. Sent request for repair and pictures to service staff. Still waiting for response to do the right thing and order a replacement part. Used my 25% discount e-mail coupon. Thx MBZ. MM San Jose, CA
