Need improvement on some service.

Need improvement on some service. Just bought a car about 5 month. Talk to one of the service people and he ask about how I like my car? I said I like it and I told the guy I talked to about something that came with my car and my daughter car did not come with because she just bought about 2 month. He said he will talked to his manager and his manager will get back to me. The manager never follow up.
