    Wow! I’m glad everyone had such great recommendations, I wish that had been my experience. Service NEVER answers their phone, great start! When I... needed to have a door handle cover replaced it was a lengthy process. I had requested updates but never got them. Bottom line a very minor fix on a brand new car too weeks longer than necessary due to lack of communication of the service department. Not impressed at all!

    Though I was surprised at what needed to be done, the Land Rover Bedford Service Department, especially Jenn and Noah, kept me updated throughout the rather... lengthy process. This was my most complicated service and I felt, as always, like a valued customer. This is one of the reasons why I like Range Rovers, beyond their ride, steering, comfort and roominess.

    In my previous experiences in purchasing a vehicle, I felt as if I was just a number. The entire experience left me feeling pressured to make a quick... decision. This time, that was not the case. There was no buying pressure or hassle in finding to best SUV for me. Land Rover of Bedford NH, bent over backwards to meet my hectic work and travel schedules. I never felt pressured in my decisions at all. The dealership manager and sales staff are all excellent. Their customer service is top notch. This was my Best Car Buying Experience, Ever!

    From the time I walked in the door it was a great experience, friendly faces, great waiting area, attentive service and best of all a great price on the... used Range Rover that I purchased for my daughter.
