Just purchased my 2018 Lincoln Navigator from l Land Rover Bedford. The process was smooth from beginning to end. Nic B did a tremendous job of answering all my questions with great patience and insight. Highly recommend this dealership!

Great Experience!

The customer service we experienced in purchasing our first Range Rover from Land Rover Bedford was fantastic. Jonathan Parker was patient and helpful throughout all aspects of the transaction. He was communicative throughout the process and thorough in his presentation of the car and it's technology/ systems upon delivery, spending an hour to make sure we were confident in every feature the car has. Not only that, he followed up multiple times in the following week to make sure we were satisfied. In an industry where good customer service is not always a given, Jon's great service exceeded our expectations!

Great Experience

From my first interaction on the phone with Mae M, I knew that Land Rover Bedford was going to treat us well. Once we arrived at the store, Nic Blaney greeted us and listened to what we were looking for. He showed us two vehicles which was perfect because we also had our 9 month old with us. After test driving we purchased the exact car Nic knew we would like from listening to what we wanted. Negotiating terms was easy and then we had the pleasure of working with Mike the next day to sign the paper work. What I liked most was that no one at this dealership tried to sell us anything that we didn’t want. They listened to our needs and presented what they thought we might like- they were spot on with every part of the sale. Nic has also checked in with us since the purchase and I am happy he did because I had a few new questions about some of the controls. Thank you to everyone for selling us a fantastic vehicle.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Travis was very helpful & knowledgeable about the Defender which made the experience quite pleasant & exciting. I would recommend Travis King to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle from this dealership. Very gracious staff & well kept property.
