Very good experience, the sales staff was knowledgeable

Very good experience, the sales staff was knowledgeable and experienced. The whole process of purchasing a new vehicle took less than an hour and a half which is light speed in comparison to other dealerships.

I inquired about a 2002 Ford Thunderbird I saw on their

I inquired about a 2002 Ford Thunderbird I saw on their website. Price $14,962. Initially, the salesman was helpful sending me photos of the car. I asked about the tires and he said they were new. However, after looking at the date code on the tires they were made in 2013. Completely unsafe. I asked for a video of the soft top and it in operation. He replied it works. This morning he called me and I offered him $9000 for the car because it requires work and tires. Their salesman told me to waste somebody else's time and hung up on me. Classy people.

I trusted them fully when they said the car had a

I trusted them fully when they said the car had a warranty. Not only can I not find what they said in the paperwork, every time I take my car there to be looked at they say it doesn't have a problem and things get swapped out. I'm paying for a warranty I do not have. I've gotten a lesson for a lifetime on how not to trust Greenville Toyota ever again. I wish I could. They have proven to me that I don't matter to them.

Spoke to the manager and he was attentive and responsive

Spoke to the manager and he was attentive and responsive to my concerns. They checked my brakes and let me know. They would need attention soon

Ed was an awesome salesman!

Ed was an awesome salesman! We bought me a RAV4 hybrid today after buying my husband a Corolla Cross hybrid yesterday! Everyone at dealership was great to work with!!
