Jay was so sweet. She took her time to ensure I knew all that she was doing and explained it all to me in depth. Very thorough that young lady. Any questions I had, she made sure it was clear before moving on. The whole process wasn't bad either. Jay ran through her paperwork quickly. The only thing that took long was the finance part. It was LONG but even then, Jay kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. That was good. Miss Jay is great and everyone should go see her!
