Amazing!

We were Very Hesitant and Unsure of Purchasing Another Vehicle,We decided to Give Eastern Motors Rosedale a Shot and We did. And we Loved It! Everyone was So respectful and helpful Especially The salesman Gabe that Sold us Our New truck He really put so much time and effort into helping us in every way he could He brought Multiple vehicles too us even in the pouring rain With not one Single Complaint. He Made sure we were Completely Satisfied with Our choice Never rushed us and Made us feel So comfortable Even With our children there He was Very Nice And Respectful with Alot of patience the entire time. Now we Have Our New Vehicle and could Not Be happier. Thankyou Again For making this Such a Fantastic Exsperiance for Our Family.

I thought the service was good however the car had to be sent back because something was wrong with the struts. After I got the car back the rear stop light was broken and it cost $300.00 to get fixed. I’m not happy because I signed on the dotted line before I knew about the problems with the car. They should not even sell cars if they have major problems

Dynamic duo

Gabe was training during my car buying experience and it was great. They worked well as a team, the energy was great, and their in the moment problem solving skills were on point. I came in looking for one car that wasn’t there yet but we were able to keep the appointment time, and even found me a better deal on a similar but different car. Highly recommend this team and Gabe is deff a guy to come and see if you want a relaxed car buying experience.

So Much to Say...(updated review)

This turned out to be the worst car buying experience ever! Blatantly lied to multiple times throughout the process. Car was NOT MARYLAND state inspected (MSI) before it was driven off of the lot unbeknownst to us. Major safety issues found with the car that would have FAILED ANY MSI that they are avoiding taking care of now. No help from their customer service manager from their "claims" dept. The car is unsafe to drive and they will NOT back their products or their words (which were lies to begin with); it is hard to get anyone human on the phone; they purposely avoid you; they will not return calls that were promised as well as do anything else they promise you; and, you WILL be lied to from the moment you walk an inch into the showroom. One has to ask how any of these people sleep at night knowing they put people's lives in danger by not being honest, all in the name of making money while saving money and time. Go at your own risk...and, as with our situation, that includes at the risk of your lives and bank accounts. You have been warned!

The Italian job

Justin was very helpful with getting the car ready for purchase, entertaining, and made sure the price was good for us. He was able to joke with us as well as get the price checked to match the online price. Made sure any concerns were covered. Lastly was so friendly to work with and made car buying less painful.
