On 4/6/21 I brought vehicle in for service RO #36335387.

On 4/6/21 I brought vehicle in for service RO #36335387. My vehicle was shaking/ stuttering after I pressed on the brake pedal or upon acceleration.  Chris Canter told me that they would figure out the problem and work towards fixing the problem. Since then, I have been bringing my vehicle in for service for the same problem and paying for the repairs that didn't fix the problem. I have expressed my concerns to Byron Stanford and Dan R. on previous occasions. As of 5/30/25 I'm still bringing my vehicle in for service for the same problem and the problem still has not been diagnosed or fixed. I have also expressed my dissatisfaction to John Butler about this situation and he said he would follow up with me and Kevin K.

The entire team at this location far exceeded our

The entire team at this location far exceeded our expectations! Our sales consultant Sandi was extremely easy to work with, and he had our best interest in mind when working on a deal for a new truck. When it came time to financing, Alex ensured we got in and out with exactly what we needed. He provided us personal stories bridging to his recommendations that help guide my wife and I in a direction that surpassed what we originally had in mind. Finally, throughout the visit Edgar and Manny ensured we felt comfortable as we worked though a deal that would ultimately have us driving home without any doubts in a vehicle that can grow with my family. They were the cherry on top to an already excellent experience. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a great team!

After having had a disappointing experience at a

After having had a disappointing experience at a different car dealer, we headed to Napleton with low expectations. Our salesman Justin greeted us and showed us to a car we requested to see. He could not have been more helpful and personable. It ended up being a rather enjoyable experience. He was knowledgeable and very kind. He put no pressure on us whatsoever and answered all of our questions with ease. We transitioned to the financial office to meet with Alex. Although it's always painful to spend large amounts of money, the transaction went smoothly. It was evident Alex was knowledgeable and fair. Both gentlemen also stayed an hour past closing time to help us get the deal done. It was a positive experience and I would definitely recommend buying a car from Justin. Next time I am in the market, I will definitely go back to him.
