Best dealership around

This was our 3rd purchase with dealer. Delwin Clark was our salesperson on all 3 visits. Awesome guy and very helpful in our decisions. Very friendly environment. Definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone hands down. Thanks again

College and Career Readiness Instructor

I have never bought a car at Doug Henry Chevrolet before. I usually go outside of Tarboro. But this time after talking with Delwin Clark. he made me feel comfortable buying there. He wasn't pushy, he understand my needs for a car and work with me to find the one that fit my budget and life style. I am very pleased with my car. I truly appreciate Delwin's patience.

Called me and told me they got my deal where I wanted. When I got there it was a different truck that was a cheaper sticker price

GMC Repair

I purchased this truck from the dealership with a 3rd party warranty. The dealership took care of the repairs and were great to work with. The warranty covered the repairs. I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership and recommend them.

Dropped the ball

I had inquired via email about a Dodge Grand Caravan and had recieved a response back from Phyllis Boyette. After a couple emails back and forth I asked for an approximate trade in value on my Jeep and after sending pictures and my VIN... I never heard anything back. After two days I moved on to another dealer. It was very disappointing because I had the bank check in hand but I wanted to verify a few things before making the drive.

Wonderful experience
