Poor communication

Emailed salesman Jerad numerous times with no response. Made phone calls and he was never available. Didn't buy a vehicle from here.

Chick Whitley

Billy Whitley was very patient, answered all questions, not pushy, kind, made us feel we were the most important people in the world. It took us about two months from start to finish to buy our car. We drove several but that was okay with Billy. Everyone spoke and acted glad to see us. Nice time spent with Doug Henry family.

Good service-- pleasant atmosphere-- no pressure

Good new car experience. Sales person was very patient and understanding. Finance dept. tried to find additional ways to provide discounts. Looking for quality and affordable service in the future. Thanks a bunch.

Good People, Good Service, Good Price

I had been looking for a good deal on a new Corvette for months. I noticed Doug Henry Chevelot while searching for cars on the internet. My buddy and I took a trip down to Tarboro one evening to take a look at what they had. Before I could walk into the show room, Phyllis greeted me at the door. The one thing that I noticed early was that their prices were much better than the dealers in the Raleigh-Durham area.To make a long story short, I bought the car of my dreams at Doug Henry.The people there treat very nicely. I can truly say that it was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Best all around!

I bought a 2014 Cruze from Phyllis Boyette in April and fell in love with it. After a wreck totaled it in October, I called Phyllis and made arrangements to meet her to shop for another. On December 11, I bought another Cruze and love this one also. Paperwork was a breeze thanks to Ms Liz. Service is great and any of the employees will go out of the way to make buying or servicing a great experience! Hands down they have the best staff of any dealership in the area. Thank You Phyllis Boyette and we will see you again when we are ready to replace a truck!!!
