After we purchased the car he even followed up with us when I knew he was actually out of the office. The internet person also followed up to make sure we had a good experience. The personal touches were perfect and we never felt like we were being pressured. It was the absolute best experience we have ever had buying a car!!!

I recently purchased a 2020 Honda CR-V from Hubert Vester Honda in Wilson and was fortunate to have a fantastic salesman--Brian Fischel! This was my first experience buying a car on my own even though I am almost 70 years old. My husband is deceased and he handled all of the car dealings. I am very intimidated by technology of any kind and was extremely nervous about this experience since I know that the cars of today have lots of technology. Brian was patient, kind, and knowledgeable about his product. He answered my questions without making me feel stupid. I have called his cell phone several times and he has always been courteous and answered any new questions I had. My belief is that God placed Brian in my path because he had the personality and patience to work with me. I am pleased with my car-buying experience. Now I just have to get used to all the newness.
