He was knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to tailor his approach to meet my needs, specifically by driving during the test drive so I could inspect the vehicle and ask questions freely. He went the extra mile, staying late the night before just so I could see the car. His professionalism and dedication, both during and after the sale, made for a fantastic experience.
