I had a great experience at AutoNation North Fort Worth. The staff and management team treated me with the most respect. And at the end of the day I drove away in what I was looking for and also at a GREAT PRICE.. we definitely be recommending this dealership to family and friends

I brought my Enclave in for our first free oil change at appointed time of 8am on 5/8/26. I was met right away and vehicle was taken in to shop in about 12 minutes. But then it took 2 and 1/2 hours to get the vehicle back. All for just an oil change. I asked the assistant service manager after about an hour how long and he simply said Oh just seconds now.

I called these guys at 11am to ask if they had a truck still onsite. They told me they did and held it for me as I got home, packed up the wife and drove 4 hours from where I live. we hit some traffic and were not able to get there any sooner than 7:40pm... EVEN with that, they waited and I was at the hotel taking pictures of my New to Me truck at 8:30pm. It was a record, and was the greatest vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. That's based on my 5 most previous truck/car purchases!

Wonderful staff and process, made the deal very simple. We were from out of state, they held the vehicle until we got there to make the deal, very clean and was as listed!

I was very impressed with this dealership. Although across town from my home, I was not sorry that I took the trip. The dealership was clean and welcoming. Their customer service was excellent. They were very accommodating and I felt like they wanted my business. Kudos to Terricka and Chad for getting me in a new 2025 Grand Cherokee easily and painlessly. I am a customer for life.

Very organized; They greet you on check-in, give you an idea of wait time (overestimating seems to be their strength.) They started our vehicle before expected, invited us to test drive with their tech when they couldn't make "the noise," and identified the problem promptly after that. Kris, our service advisor, kept us informed throughout the process. Pricing was fair with no surprises.
