Excellent sales and service team.

Excellent sales and service team. I have my car since 2020 (a week before the closed down because of COVID) and always felt like I was a valued customer. From the check-ins since purchased to the reminders that my car needs maintenance (because I definitely needed those…because life happens and the call is like my accountability partner). My last service appointment I had some hiccups after and Richard and Dante were able to assist me.

I contacted Crowley to inquire about a vehicle, Justin Morin a sales associate answered all my questions. Upon follow up I received Very Good service. I test rode the car then my wife did on a second visit The Excellent service continued till the deal was closed. 2023 Nissan Rogue SL Mike Parillo

I thought I had broken my electric passenger car window,

I thought I had broken my electric passenger car window, as I could not roll it up! I made an appointment at Crowley Nissan, and taped up the window so rain would not get in, in the meantime. To my embarrassment, Crowley found my baby lock on, and the window did not need to be fixed! The untaped and cleaned the window and did not charge me a cent! They are the best!
