Our 3rd car from Hi-Line; this one a 740i. Only disappointment was that the tank was not full of gas and the car was not very clean inside. Took it the next day to our detailer who got it nice and clean for us. We did buy at the end of the day and they had to catch the guy who cleans them as he was leaving. Additionally, First car we've ever bought without a full gas tank. Was this also an oversight? Sometimes it's the little things!

Hi my name is Sharay Webb I was a customer at HLine today and I was very disappointed in the service they provided, they were very unprofessional the customer service was trash and the whole team was very unfair , I don’t recommend anyone to them not even a enemy! If you ever wanna do business there TAKE YOUR LAWYER because they will scam you out of your money, mix up your paperwork and even white out certain spots to make the car Available for someone that don’t even qualify, and the guy randy that helped me was very very nasty towards me and my sister I don’t recommend this place
