Rich Bogert was great to work going through the process of buying a car. I worked with him buying a 2022 Acura MDX. He made himself available when I wanted view and test drive the car. I bought this beautiful car online from HiLine . With help I had a personal video tour and agreed on the price and they even secured my loan and I flew in and drove the car home ~ 400 miles away. Rich was very courteous and showed me the car and gave me a test drive as well . He was patient with my questions and the dealership handed me the car as I wanted with all my concerns addressed I was impressed at how easy and smooth the whole transaction wen Shout out to Matt (the big boss) and Judy the finance guru

We generally don't prefer working with a dealer, but they were good to work with. Much better price than the Volvo dealership, and were helpful but not pushy.
