Four Cars and Counting

Since 2007 I've leased four Audis from Rusnak Westlake. For my most recent lease, I did a LOT of research, called and/or visited six difference SoCal dealers, and in the end I still went with Rusnak because no one else could do better in finding me the exact car I wanted (A5 Sportback with Black Optics Package) for a reasonable lease rate. For the past three cars, I've worked with Fay and she is spectacular. Trust me, no one will work harder for you.

Great service experience

Always friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. They were able to get me in right away and communicated a proper timeline and vehicle was completed on time. I would highly recommend Carl and his service team to any Audi owners.

Perfect execution!

This was on a Monday Morning and you could imagine the service writers were very busy. All went very well with no hiccups. They asked the correct questions and I was out of there in less time than I had figured on.

Jesse Aguayo at Westlake Village Rusnak was great, he was proficient and my car service was handled smoothly. I would go back to this dealership even though its a long way to drive.

10000 Check up

Audi made it easy- dropped of my car and got another . They called me when it was finished. I do wish they would not reset my settings
