They are the worst took six weeks to fix car and got it

They are the worst took six weeks to fix car and got it back next day the problem started again. They refused to back their work!! Do not go there!!! Beware ! I’m sure they will comment something nice but they can keep that rhetoric and fake concern!!!

You’ve been contacted and weren’t willing to come to a reasonable viable solution. So stop faking concern on this platform. I hope no one falls for this !!! You all are scammers!

Service was great.

Service was great. Done in a timely manner and I was update throughout the process. I don’t recall the rep’s name but she was very helpful and did an outstanding job. My name is Lee Aitchison so hopefully can you can relate the person who I worked with. Thank you.

The service department is an extreme disappointment.

The service department is an extreme disappointment. I have a 2021 jeep Sahara 4xe .. it has two recalls on it. I made an appointment at 9:30 to bring in my jeep and I was just astounded to hear that they would need to keep my jeep up to two weeks. I have never experienced service like this before I owned a BMW before and when I made an appointment to take my BMW in for service, I would get it back within a day and if they needed to keep it a little bit longer it was a couple of days, but never have I ever been told that I would have to leave my vehicle at the dealership for two weeks before they would actually get to it, please tell me this isn’t real. I will never be taking my vehicle to this dealership to get serviced. I found another dealership in Claremont that said that they would have my car serviced within 2 to 3 days. Beware don’t take your vehicle here.

Been to this dealer twice before and they were always too

Been to this dealer twice before and they were always too busy to get me in. Troy Turner 100% salvaged my opinion of this dealership, got me in and out. I’ll definitely use Ontario Dodge for service as long as Troy is there.

If there was ever a wronged made right-it was done by Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM FIAT of Ontario. Dale Sponseller really turned my experience into a positive one and demonstrated what excellent customer service looks like. He alone went above and beyond to ensure that I did not leave and carry a negative experience with me but rather gave me a reason to give testimony to his human kindness, customer service and dedication to his position. I can tell everyone I know with a Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge or FIAT that Ontario is the place to go. Customer Service means everything to me and evidently it does to Dale as well.
