Always helpful

I have had service and repairs here since 2014. They have always been helpful and stood behind their service. I like the fact that they advise and remind me of upcoming ,future maintainence issues.

Leo was a great salesman

LEO was such a kind and patient salesman. We never felt pressured as we made our decision. It was a little tricky for us to imagine buying our first fully electric car, but Leo was the perfect person to buy from, as he let us ask many questions and was very present and helpful through the whole process. top rate service dept, open til 10pm its the tckt

With daily updates on repair status, made me feel like I was not in a dead zone Daniel , was the service rep and he was professional. and extremely courteous. everyone seemed to know what they are doing. and my repair was done on time open late , meets all expectations. Cant speak for everyone but I am extremely satisfied.

Fiat Cub Car

I had to drive the 1 hr to Ontario because our local Chrysler dealer dumped Fiat and I was still under warranty. I called to make an appt., it was for Saturday at 10:30am. I was told that I would have to wait in a long line to check my care in, then leave it to be repaired on Monday, pick up on Tuesday, rental requires. So I charged my phone, Kindle and packed up some water. Got there at 0915, waited about 4 minutes when Carl came by to see what I needed. When he was checking out the vitals, I asked about the rental. Looked at me like I was demented, said I wouldn't need a rental. Service was open and working and might be up to 4 hours. OK, it's Saturday, I'll wait. Got some coffee, went outside, played my game, had a cigarette, went back in to the lounge. Plugged in my phone and was on the second page of my book when Carl came up...You're all set? Wait, what? all done? Yep, just sign it out ...so I did. Left with the car fixed at 1028...Wowzer!!!!

Jose Ortega knows how to take care of his clients GREAT

I always get the best service when I take my 2012 SRT8 in for service they do a great job and my service rep always takes care of me. That's why I deal with Jeep Chrysler in Ontario. I'm always welcome by all the staff. Kirk the service manager always greets me when he see's me and is sure to ask me how I'm doing. And to top it off I love my car I now have over 88,000 miles on it.

Excellence In Service!

Due to the very poor service I experienced at the dealer in the High Desert, where I live, I took my charger for a repair at the Ontario Dealer, a 45 minute drive. WOW what a difference, it was worth the drive many times over! I had used the Ontario dealer in the 1990s and was very pleased, the high caliber of service and honesty continues today. The service line manager stepped in when the numbering system they use to know who is next was not being used, no big deal but he carried the process all the way through. I would recommend this dealer to anyone even if they have to drive down from the High Desert. Make the drive and you will be treated honestly and concisely. Thank you for keeping up the quality of your service...……..
