Service rip off
Was told during a pool change that I needed new wiper blades was never told the cost of the repair/replacement but instead charged 100 dollars. I want happy and they did a price adjustment still an extensive amount of money for something that should have been 40 dollars.

I was literally punched in the face by an employee
In November 2023 I purchased a brand new hummer ev for 150,000 from Ben Mynatt in concord Nc. After two and a half months of having the car the car would not go over 25 mph. Then would not go over 5mph. I called GMC who had the car towed Ben Mynatt. Ben Mynatt stated the car had been fixed but then when they test drove the hydraulic pump failed and it needed to be replaced. They said they needed to get that part ordered and it would need to be ordered and it was currently on back order. At that time I said I did not want the car back - my wife and 4 kids use that car and with all the issues in a brand new car - I did not believe it was safe. I said if they could take that car back I would buy a new one from them. They said they would get back to me (which they never did). My wife then called and asked if we could get a loaner - which they did provide. Two weeks later they called and stated the pump had been replaced - but again during a test drive the car had more issues. Again I said this is now 4 sets of issues in the first 100 days of ownership and would like them to stand behind their product buy it back and I will buy another car from them. They said they would get back to me- of course never did. Then they called and said the car was fixed - I repeated my position of wanting to get another vehicle- they said they would look into it. But needed their loaner back - I said my wife had taken it to our beach house for the long weekend with our kids on 2/16/24 they actually drove 3.5 hours to get the loaner from us. We explains to the gentlemen and the woman with him that this was our only ride back to Huntersville 3.5 hours away and our kids things were in the car. The gentleman ignored us got in the car to leave. I went to stop him from leaving so at the least I could get my kids things. He proceeded to punch me in the face 3 times. I did hit return one single punch. The gentleman did then proceed to put the car in reverse almost hitting my children and injuring Roger and Jamie Kincaid who are our friends and our guests at our beach house. The entirety of these events were captured on camera. I sustained swelling to my right eye Jamie sustained injuries to her hips Roger sustained a blow to the side from the car All of this done by an employee of Ben Mynatt and because they would not stand behind their product. They knew we would be stranded in Murrells Inlet (where our beach house is) and acted this way anyways

I was immediately greeted and assisted. Ben was amazing and very professional The facility was clean and able to work due to WiFi access. The waiting area was well kept and A/C was working. There were snacks provided.

Worst service center ever
Had an engine put in my vehicle and had problems almost straight out the gate. Had an oil leak in which they fixed then later had and sound like metal knocking around in my engine in which they said was normal but I know it wasn’t took it back a second time and they said the same thing took it back the third time and they told me that the warranty was out but they will take it apart at my expense which was so unfair. This could have been done when I first took it to them but it was very convenient that they were ready to do this when the warranty had ran out. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Bad service
Had my vehicle for a week I had to call them for status update picked up vehicle 9/16 was back on 9/19 for engine light again plug not all the way in converter from 9/16 repair back on 9/20 @ 8am due to Engine Protection Mode warning and light just about made it there told would call with update it is 9/21 at 2.30 pm and still no call. Dealership recommended service department would not recommend due to service last year and a half
