I can’t say enough good things about Modern Nissan and

I can’t say enough good things about Modern Nissan and Gil Bracy. From the sales, finance, service depts etc., everyone was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I bought a 2019 Rogue from Gil and he was so great to work with I just traded in and bought a 2025 Rogue from Gil, he’s is honest, explains everything about your new vehicle and if you have any questions he is happy to help even after your purchase! This dealership is honestly the best I’ve been too!!

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. Sold my wife a used car with major issues. When asked to make it right, the best they can do is partially pay for the issue. And Staci hopper said i should be happy about that because other dealerships wouldn’t do it. Never will return. It’s to the point i would go out my way to let people know don’t NOT do business with them.

Steve, our finance manager, was fantastic! He made the financing process incredibly smooth and transparent, explaining every detail clearly and worked diligent to get us the best possible loan terms. He was very thorough, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He really made us feel like family. We highly recommend meeting with him at Modern Nissan at Concord!

Gil was the sales person i could ask for.

Gil was the sales person i could ask for. Listened to what we wanted. Showed us the pathfinder with zero pressure. Found the exact vehicle we wanted. Couldn't as for more.
