I received excellent and speedy service from service
I received excellent and speedy service from service advisor Trent Slater getting my state inspection. He was very polite and informative, making sure I knew how long it would take and then escorting me to my car.

Brand new Toyota had to have the rear window removed,
Brand new Toyota had to have the rear window removed, retinted, and rubber seal replaced. Sales/service team was very unsupportive when issuing a loaner vehicle for the multi day repair and instead saw the situation as a series of inconveniences for them. All the while no concessions were given for such customer inconveniences. Also, after it was confirmed that the defect I noted prior to the sale was in fact damage, no discounts were made to the cost of the vehicle. Service and sales at Hendrick of Concord was far from meeting reasonable expectations. Toyota USA ensured the dealer would call me to discuss. I’ve yet to be contacted by anyone from the dealer to discuss.

Desperately wish I could leave 0 stars.
Desperately wish I could leave 0 stars. I am a finance manager at a another franchise dealership and my fiancé went there to trade in a VW Atlas that we had leased from the VW dealership that I work at. We traded the vehicle in May and fast forward to the end of June, we start getting notified by VW credit that the VW we traded has not been paid off so we still owe a payment and are now being charged late fees. I immediately knew the mistake that had happened, because as previously mentioned I myself am a finance manger for a Volkswagen dealership. When someone trades in a vehicle leased by Volkswagen, that car has to be paid off electronically, not by a mailed check. So my fiance called Toyota of Concord, and they confirm that's exactly what happened. So I call and ask to speak with the General Sales Manager to advise him- hey man, good news, I know a simple fix for this. GSM proceeds to tell me that he cannot stop payment on the check that was mailed, that he has to wait for the check to come back in the mail and then he will have someone pay the car off electronically. I then asked to speak with a CFO, accounting manager or general manager so someone with authority to make this call. I have been transferred to so many different voicemails, left so many messages and now I'm paying late fees because of unprofessionalism and lack of competence. Please save yourself the time, hassle and money and never buy from this dealer. I know we won't be buying from them ever again.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. I was checked in went to wait for the service to be completed. It took 2.5 hours for an oil change and inspection. This seems to take too long. I have always serviced my vehicles with your dealer but last few times I have been disappointed. In future I intend to look at other options for service.
