My husband and I walked into Hendrick looking for a RAV4, we were greeted by Brian W. Brian was very knowledgeable about the car and always had a great attitude when dealing with us. We spent most of the day purchasing our RAV, Brian kept us in good spirits and kept us laughing through the whole process. We then met Matt K the finance guru lol. Matt helped us get a competitive and fair interest rate and made the process easy. Matt also kept the conversation flowing and made us feel very comfortable with signing all the paperwork. We will definitely be back there and will tell our all friends and family to go there too.

Kaitlyn Larson and Kevin Harris were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made certain I was taking care of. I needed a truck quickly and Kaitlyn helped find one for me. Came in Monday and drove off the lot Tuesday morning, after expecting a weeks wait at minimum. Kevin jumped in and helped get me smoothly through the process to final signature. He took extra time showing me over the new Tacoma and ensuring I was happy. Every person I was in contact with, made my experience memorable. I will be purchasing all future cars at this location. Even if I have to wait.
