Amazing

Mr. Munden and Mr.Flash were both amazing on helping me purchase my first car! My mom and I were both able to walk out with brand new fords!!!! I will definitely be going back to them in the future! If you are looking for a car I definitely recommend these two they had great customer service and made my car experience so much fun!!!!!

Great group of people

We just bought the wife her new Escape for her birthday and to replace the one we lost in an accident. This was the fourth vehicle we have bought from Michael @ 5 Star Ford and everyone was a smooth purchase

Great service and new facilities are terrific.

The car was brought in for a recall on 2 different items. I was able to make an appointment around a given time and the service was 'Johnny on the spot'. But the service has always been excellent and now with the brand new facilities it's even nicer. My car was finished before promised time.

2017 Ford Edge

My husband is ill and we decided we should investigate a vehicle to meet our needs. We had two cars to trade in and wanted to accomplish the whole transaction at one place inasmuch as time was limited for us to look at cars with my physically challenged husband. I have purchsaed the same brand of car for the last thirty years. I wanted a car I can depend on with regular maintenance and few repairs as the last 5 cars I bought. We went to the dealer who sold my car and the experience was very disappointing. I took my husband home and drove to Five-Star Ford in Farmers Branch, Tx just to sell our truck, where he had bought it . I was tired, hot, and did not feel I could deal with another episode as the first one in the same day. I went in the showroom and told them I wanted to sell the truck and within minutes, they took the truck and began the appraisal process. They didn't try to hard sell me into buying another car. As they were doing this, I just walked around the showroom and looked at the cars on display just to pass time. As I walked around, I noticed as I passed the employees, they all smiled and said hello. The showroom was cool, clean, and very welcoming. As I looked at the cars in the showroom, I saw they had several that more than met my requirements. I told the saleman, Grant, I wanted to get a price on one I liked, but I would come back the next day to test drive and discuss what I wanted in a car. We made an appointment for 10:00 the next day. The next morning, I was rested, but was dreading the "buy a new car" process. My husband insisted going with me so we could share this experience perhaps for the last time. From selecting the car with the professional saleman, Grant, to the Business Manger, Brandon, and even the other salemen who shared their thoughts about the vehicle I selected, made what could have been a difficult day into a memorable day.
