This dealership was honest and straightforward with pricing. No hidden fees, no "addendum" upcharge--even in this market when other dealerships in the area are adding market value increases to MSRP. Low pressure. Knowledgeable sales staff. My wife felt comfortable at this dealership right away. Best experience we've had car shopping in a long time. Jared Wingard was excellent.

I had a very stressful situation where I needed a car immediately and Derek was incredibly reliable, honest and resourceful. I came in somewhat close minded, having driven the same car model twice and was ready to buy it for the third time. In a matter of minutes, Derek sent over other options that he thought would be a better fit for my needs, ran all of the numbers, and went over the pros and cons with me. I couldn’t believe how easy and seamless the whole process was. Most importantly , he kept himself out of the sale and put himself in my shoes. He will be with you from the beginning to the very end until he knows you’re happy! I couldn’t be more thrilled with the vehicle I have now and I probably wouldn’t have known to try it out if it weren’t for him and his expertise. my wife and myself bought her a new ford fiesta and a 2020 f250 for me we have bought a total of 6 cars and trucks from this dealer ship the f250 is still under warranty. it wont start there is something wrong with the electrical i have had the truck for 13 months now. when i called the service dept this morning i was told they were 3 weeks out to even look at it. and i was told they have nothing for me to drive. i gave 81000 for this truck and have spent around 330,000 with this dealership in the past 25 years. this is unacceptable service to such a loyal customer. lisa and cliff wynn

Had found the car there and called and had a very helpful sales person. It ran into the weekend and of course they raised the price. When I called the last time to work out logistics as we needed car delivered. The price went up again. Used car guy would not honor price when we inquired about it. A pathetic way to do business and the excuse was they were following the market. Dealers that do this are hurting them selves and customers. People dumb enough jumping into a deal where the vehicle is over price when the market gets back to right they won’t be able to trade out of it they will be so upside down on what they have. A cheesy business practice. So I saw nothing wrong with the salesman he was a good guy caught in the middle. The sales mgr is why people hates car salesman.. willing to be your best friend till they ain’t.

Sir, I responded to your add on the car and it was priced I think somewhere 39500? Or close anyway. I dealt with Darnell very friendly and professional. We live in Oklahoma the same town he went to college in so getting to talk to someone that even knew where we were was nice. While looking through your other post you had a 2015 Mustang same color as the 2018. I notice that the same pictures were being used for two different cars. Darnell went out and took a set of pictures of the right car and we had another day pass and he told me the car had been marked up and was now 40000 and I saw it change from when I logged in to the marked up price. I asked the salesman even though we were dealing on at the lower price the guy would not honor that and he said no. He told the guy just following the market. Then to make it worse while I was talking to Darnell the guy raised the price to 41000. We were needing the car delivered and that would be another thousand and to top that they were gonna drive the car up here which I protested about. This was a cash deal for an overpriced vehicle. I just think the guy didn’t care if I bought it or not. The weekend hit which just meant more time for more problems. My wife said we would just buy a new one which is what we will do. I just felt like we were being drug through the mud on this deal. I e never had to work this hard to buy a car. The salesman was put in a bad spot as the go between but he was doing his job.. I know the market is screwy right now and you guys got bills to pay also. But every person who bought one of thes marked up used cars are going to remember who talked them into it. Car salesman have always gotten a bad rap I guess that’s the way it will always be. This is all I care to discuss any more I hate texting. There is more to the story but we are building pipe corral and my guys are waiting. Thank you for being concerned. If I over or poorly judged the sales mgr I’m sorry but you should have marked it up when you put it on your lot. Thank you!
