Just want to commend the customer service of Chance Johnson of their Parts department. He was patient and competently guided me through the process of parts ordering. I worked with Jared W. on buying our new vehicle. We came in to test drive, and right from the start Jared was so helpful and courteous showing us all the options without any of the pressure tactics that you get at other dealerships. It was very refreshing. No one really enjoys the long, tedious process of purchasing a new vehicle, but with the service from SPFSF Carrollton it was such an easy, hassle-free process. I've never had such a fun time purchasing a new car! Would 100% recommend Jared and the dealership to anyone looking for a new ride. 6 out of 5 stars!!

Seth was amazing with selling me the beautiful Escape and before I even got there his Team Lead Reuben was on it making sure I felt comfortable and welcomed after a bad experience at Grapevine Ford. Luis in the Finance Department was so kind, patient, and friendly as he helped me navigate the financing. Also, Brett from the Service Team reached out to me to let me know he is there for me with any issues that may arise. I called regarding factory tape etc. being on the back windshield and Brett patiently gave me his number to personally reach out to with questions and to call back when ready to come in. So proud of 5 Star Ford in Carrollton as they truly care. Thank you gentleman for being the best part of Ford! I could go on and on but I am serious they deserve a reward because I have been a lifelong Ford Family and I almost left the Ford family after what happened at Grapevine Ford. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my life. I’m usually annoyed with the process. But Seth Wright was amazing. He’s spot on with communication and is an authentic person. He’s not one of these “sales-y” types that wears out their welcome. I never felt pressured. On the contrary, Seth was there to help in any way I needed. He’s been a great help in setting up a custom build order for a new vehicle and then helped me when I needed a quality used vehicle after an accident destroyed my current car. He’s exactly the kind of car salesman that everyone wants, but almost never gets. Someone you can trust and relate to like a real human being. No pressure. Great communication. No bait and switch tactics. Just real business like used to be the norm in my grandparents’ time and is all too rare today. He was very patient with me as I lingered on some decisions. He is top notch and a great asset for the dealership.

Better experience then I have had at other dealership and really appreciated the honesty and effectiveness of David while purchasing the vehicle.
