When I bought the car at Sam Pack's Ford, There was not pressure at all. I was happy with the buying experience and will purchase another car in the future. I have just completed my first oil change and was happy with my Service Advisor. Clay Young is now and will be Service Advisor, from this point.

Wasn’t expecting to buy new
Just had an excellent experience at Sam Packs Carrollton. Went in to look at a used Acura RDX which was priced great, but ended up driving off in a brand new Edge. Honestly wasn’t expecting to buy a Ford, but super happy I did. Bill and Justin were great and David in finance actually made the experience fun. We will shop here again for our next vehicle.

Great dealership just bought 2019 Edge
Just bought a 2019 Ford Edge. Justin McCarrol new sales car manager, Michael Corbett salesman and Michael from finance all made the buying experience very easy. All were helpful and knowledgeable. Alexandra was very helpful adding the details to my truck (leather, Bedliner, wheels and tint).

I'm very happy with the 3 new friends that I've met.
I was leery about coming back to Sam Pack Ford. My first experience wasn't pleasant, due to a terrible service writer. I stayed away for 5 years, vowing never to return. Then I met Rueben Krause, Christopher Krause, and Melanie Lucero. Rueben got me into a new 2018 F-150, which I love. I had a couple of problems with the truck, Rueben, Christopher, and Melanie, stepped up and handled my issues like professionals I haven't encountered in a long time. Made me feel like the King of Siam, it was wonderful. I've made new friends.

Fast, easy, and no back n forth
I called on the phone as I did not want to sit at the dealership all day. I explained what I wanted, what I had to trade, and completed the credit app online. Dawin did everything for me and sent me videos of trucks that he had within my request. All I had to do was come in, pick out any extras, wait for paperwork, sign, and drive home. It took under 2 hours.

Excellent Service
We just purchased our second truck 5 Star Ford in Carrollton. The customer service we have received both times has been amazing. Our salesman Michael Corbett was very knowledgeable and helpful in our search. The reason we came back and will continue to use this dealership is the Sales Director Justin McCarroll.
