DO NOT BUY A MERCEDES!

DO NOT BUY A MERCEDES!!!! My mother has a 2015 GLK 350 with 28,571 miles and the dealer is telling us it needs a NEW TRANSMISSION!!! With 28,571 miles! They want to charge us $9170!! This should NEVER happen on a car with only 28,571 miles!! This is clearly defective but Mercedes will NOT stand behind their product and cover this cost! My mother is 88 years old and they are charging her $9170 for THEIR DEFECT!!! DO NOT BUY A MERCEDES!!!!

This dealership was honest and gave me a great deal. Everything went very smoothly and Andrew Chaidez did an outstanding job of negotiating with me and explaining how my new car works (all the bells and whistles were new to me!). I 💯 recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a mercedes!

I dreaded going to the dealership.

I dreaded going to the dealership. It’s never been a great experience, until this time. I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend working with Andrew C. He did not waste anyone’s time and he took good care of us. The only hiccup was with the finance guy who pushed the upsells. Upsells should be part of the original negotiation process. I thought I was done and there was more, exhausting! Aside from that, hats off to Andrew for making the process as painless as possible. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with Chandler Mercedes

I had an excellent experience with Chandler Mercedes Benz. I was able to get information over the phone which was very important for my shopping experience. When i arrived Sean had the 2 cars I was interested in pulled up and ready to drive. Within a couple of hours, I was out the door with a deal I was comfortable with. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The dealership provides a welcome atmosphere when you

The dealership provides a welcome atmosphere when you enter the lobby. The sale and leasing consultant, Nick Pfeifer, work with me patiently until i find the car i want by giving me ample time to make decision, answer all the question that i needed, makes you feel comfortable and safe driving the car thru his guidance and never ending assistance and even deliver the car to my house. I feel he went above and beyond his scope of service which is I did not left unnoticed. All the staff are very helpful and pleasant to talk to during my buying experience. So if you are looking for MBZ I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Chandler. You will not get disappointed.

My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Chandler was nothing short of 5 stars. After spending some time car shopping and visiting several retailers, we came in with the intention of test-driving the 2024 GLA, GLB, and GLC. We were greeted by Justin, who listened carefully to what I was looking for and noted the comparable cars I had in mind. We test-drove the 2025 GLA and GLC, and Justin was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable throughout. He took the time to highlight the key features of both vehicles, explaining their similarities and differences, which made the decision-making process much easier. Eventually, we decided to discuss numbers and met Prem, who was professional, approachable, and met us exactly where we were in the process. I shared my hesitation about the GLC, as I was coming from a sedan and was concerned about its size. Prem addressed my concerns thoughtfully and without pressure, helping me feel confident in my decision. We finalized everything with Dana, who ensured a seamless and pleasant wrap-up. I drove away in my 2025 GLA with a big green bow, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. The entire team at Mercedes-Benz of Chandler exceeded my expectations, and I’m so happy to now be part of the Mercedes-Benz family. Living close to the Chandler location is a bonus—I’m confident I’ll always be in great hands with this team. I highly recommend them to anyone!
