My apptvwas 1215.

My apptvwas 1215. I was there on time. My car wasn't ready until 130. That's too long to wait for an oil change. I was disappointed at how long it took for my oil change.

Check in for service was timely, the waiting area with refreshments was nice and the service was done was done timely as well. Eddie was great about explaining the future recommendations for service.

I had been on the phone with this dealership all week

I had been on the phone with this dealership all week about a car they had in stock. They said it was in the shop and couldn't take pictures inside the car until the end of the week. It came out of the shop yesterday and was told to come in the am. Wake up to go to the dealership and it was magically "sold". On top of that it took the sales person over 24hrs to answer a txt. Like how hard is it to say I don't know or let me check for you. To the point where I called and got another sales man who at least made an effort to take a video. Mind you they sent me a txt at 1:30 am today with a video of the interior and said hope to hear from you. As a business owner I would seriously need to work on basic customer service (respond to your customers in a respectful time not 24hrs) or find more competent people. I ultimately blame the manager who should be on top of their workers.

A dealership is about people. Our experience with our sales representative Devon was excellent! He worked with us through our Purchase decision and we weren’t easy customers. He kept Toyota in the game by being professional and responsive. He naturally works toward building relationships And built personal trust with us at each stage of our decision process.

Very timely.

Very timely. Took no time at all to get registered. Worked on car per appointment and notified me in a timely manner when issues were identified not previously discussed. Completion estimate was spot on.
