They advertise “certified pre owned” then you get to the

They advertise “certified pre owned” then you get to the dealership and they try to add $2500 for a protection package because they say the CPO waranty isn’t included. False advertising! And their $1000 doc fee is a rip off. Covid car selling is over, get a grip.

watch for aftermarket add on

The aftermarket cost they add to the cost of the car is ridiculous. Seems like false advertisement to me. We are not talking taxes and doc fees. They add on another 2k to clean the car and change oil etc. My opinion that should all be included in the sale price, not an add on when you sit to go over the financing. Oh and I felt like I was sitting in a sauna, as their AC did not work. It was at least 85 degrees in there. At least get a fan!

Beware. SCAM DEALERSHIP.

BEWARE. ITS A SCAM DEALERSHIP. At 1pm I called for a new RDX that was featured on their website. Spoke to Ajala, sales rep, and she told me it's available and to come down. It was for my 75 year old uncle. My uncle and aunt drove an hour to the dealership. Ajala didn't come to meet them. Another sales rep came and said the car is not available as there is a deposit on it from morning and they should buy the one which was $12k more. If the car had a deposit on it since morning, why would Ajala ask them to stop by at 1pm. Spoke to the manager, Rich, and he was of no help, he rather justified the scam. PLEASE BEWARE. THIS DEALERSHIP IS JUST IN PRACTICE OF SCAMMING BUYERS PROMISING THEM THE CAR AND WHEN THEY COME TO THE DEALERSHIP, THEY SWITCH AND BAIT THE BUYERS WITH A HIGHER PRICE CAR.

Terrible experience avoid this acura dealership!!

Roberto Brito is very rude and unprofessional. He is am aggressive disrespectful manager. A deal was made as per Dominic and manager joe but Roberto came to say they were no longer doing the agreed deal. He never introduced himself. I came to know Roberto name after asking Dominc. Terrible experience all around. Dominic the salesman was courteous. I wonder if Roberto would argue with a caucasian customer the way he was ready to do with my husband… just shameful!!!

Xtra fee's

Tried to hit us with $2100 in additional fee's on a used vehicle?? recondition fee $1300, destination fee $800?? also was very petty the sales women saw better accutec mats in the car and added $220 to the bill. When the manager came over he offered to deduct the price of the mats and take them out?? xxx I walked out........

Thank you Freddy, Tito and Carlos !!

What a great place to purchase an Acura !! I drove 75 miles from Philadelphia late on a Saturday and was greeted at the door by Freddy, the used car Manager, as he knew I had a long drive, and was on my way. He had the A-spec ready for my test drive, as he appraised my 2011 TL. He handed me over to Tito, who was awesome. Friendly, informative and immediately like a buddy. Freddy gave me exactly the number I had in my mind for my trade, so that made the start of the process easy and honest. Tito worked the deal, we closed, and Carlos in finance worked his magic and the deal was done. After taking delivery there was one small issue that needed attention. They drove all the way to me, dropped off a 2020 loaner, picked up my TLX, repaired it and had a friendly driver take it all the way back to me (Thanks Jerdy !!) Buying a car can sometimes be a headache, but not at Open Road Acura. There was no pressure, no attitudes, and the entire staff I met was friendly and courteous. This is my third Acura in a row, and I know when it's time for the next one, I'll drive the extra miles to deal with this awesome dealership !! Thank you Freddy, Tito and Carlos the superhero !! I love my Open Road Acura A-spec !!

What a great place to purchase an Acura !! Wow for Ray and Carlos

What a wonderful experience I had at this location. I highly reccomend everyone to go to this Acura. The patience and professionalism are unmatched. The finance manager Carlos was amazing and helped make the process so much easier! Ray was my salesman and did awesome. Thank you guys. I will definitely be referring.

Amazing Sales Team

walked in with a particular car in mind and terms that didn’t fit. Raymond Lee was my salesperson and did not discourage me from going with what I wanted and even came up with back up plans just in case. All while keeping my desired features in mind. Even when I grew frustrated he didn’t. He remained patient and friendly. I got what I wanted at terms I agreed with and I LOVE my car! Lonnie Sherry was the fastest, most honest and kindest finance person I ever met! Mike Pascarelli the manager even personally came over to answer my questions. This was the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership and the best group of people I’ve ever worked with. They listen and do what you ask. No pushy sales no shady business! Thank you!

Highly recommend

Raymond Lee was so helpful when I went to look at a used car in their dealership. He answered any questions and provided me with a great deal for my purchase. I would definitely go back to him for my future car.
