Tried to hit us with $2100 in additional fee's on a used vehicle?? recondition fee $1300, destination fee $800?? also was very petty the sales women saw better accutec mats in the car and added $220 to the bill. When the manager came over he offered to deduct the price of the mats and take them out?? xxx I walked out........

What a great place to purchase an Acura !! I drove 75 miles from Philadelphia late on a Saturday and was greeted at the door by Freddy, the used car Manager, as he knew I had a long drive, and was on my way. He had the A-spec ready for my test drive, as he appraised my 2011 TL. He handed me over to Tito, who was awesome. Friendly, informative and immediately like a buddy. Freddy gave me exactly the number I had in my mind for my trade, so that made the start of the process easy and honest. Tito worked the deal, we closed, and Carlos in finance worked his magic and the deal was done. After taking delivery there was one small issue that needed attention. They drove all the way to me, dropped off a 2020 loaner, picked up my TLX, repaired it and had a friendly driver take it all the way back to me (Thanks Jerdy !!) Buying a car can sometimes be a headache, but not at Open Road Acura. There was no pressure, no attitudes, and the entire staff I met was friendly and courteous. This is my third Acura in a row, and I know when it's time for the next one, I'll drive the extra miles to deal with this awesome dealership !! Thank you Freddy, Tito and Carlos the superhero !! I love my Open Road Acura A-spec !!

Amazing Sales Team
walked in with a particular car in mind and terms that didn’t fit. Raymond Lee was my salesperson and did not discourage me from going with what I wanted and even came up with back up plans just in case. All while keeping my desired features in mind. Even when I grew frustrated he didn’t. He remained patient and friendly. I got what I wanted at terms I agreed with and I LOVE my car! Lonnie Sherry was the fastest, most honest and kindest finance person I ever met! Mike Pascarelli the manager even personally came over to answer my questions. This was the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership and the best group of people I’ve ever worked with. They listen and do what you ask. No pushy sales no shady business! Thank you!

Found a needle in a haystack 240 miles away
We started our search for a low-mileage 2018 RDX with Advance pkg a few weeks ago. Little did we know that our search would bring us 240 miles and 4 hours away. We started our search locally and were unable to find what we were looking for so we expanded our search from 100 miles to 250 miles. The RDX popped right up with a great price. We confirmed the car had never been smoked in, prices, fees and trade-in value with Ray in advance of taking the trip. We were so pleased that our trust was not in vain. The RDX was exactly as represented, they gave us a fair price for our trade-in and finance manager Mike was great to work with too. Definitely would recommend Ray at Open Road Acura of East Brunswick!
I bought a RDX from Raymond Lee. He is very knowledgeable and patient. whatever questions I asked him, he knew the answers and he understands the car as well as customer's needs.
not a place to buy
They still owe me 200 dollars they charge you for everything. Even the cleaning of the car that they are trying to sell to you. Prices advertised is not what you pay. They are so shady I will never recommend this dealership to anyone one.
This dealerships advertises the lowest prices on their website but they don't tell you about the 599.00 dealer fee they add into the price. Moreover, the price you see advertised is completely non-negotiable.

And unfortunately, sometimes to be the lowest priced, you do not leave yourself with much room to negotiate.
