We started our search for a low-mileage 2018 RDX with Advance pkg a few weeks ago. Little did we know that our search would bring us 240 miles and 4 hours away. We started our search locally and were unable to find what we were looking for so we expanded our search from 100 miles to 250 miles. The RDX popped right up with a great price. We confirmed the car had never been smoked in, prices, fees and trade-in value with Ray in advance of taking the trip. We were so pleased that our trust was not in vain. The RDX was exactly as represented, they gave us a fair price for our trade-in and finance manager Mike was great to work with too. Definitely would recommend Ray at Open Road Acura of East Brunswick!

They still owe me 200 dollars they charge you for everything. Even the cleaning of the car that they are trying to sell to you. Prices advertised is not what you pay. They are so shady I will never recommend this dealership to anyone one.

Buyer beware
This dealerships advertises the lowest prices on their website but they don't tell you about the 599.00 dealer fee they add into the price. Moreover, the price you see advertised is completely non-negotiable.

And unfortunately, sometimes to be the lowest priced, you do not leave yourself with much room to negotiate. Sals person is very friendly helpful. The service is excellent. I lease a new rdx the car is so cool. Waiting time was little bit long. Everything was good

Walking into Raymond Lee was the best thing that happened to us! He was so sincere in getting us the best deal on our car. Actually cared that we were happy! Police officer
Stop by over Memorial Day weekend to look at a used Honda Accord. The best thing I can say about the visit was the car was as advertised. Thought we came to an agreement on a deal suitable to both parties but this dealership will tack on $2000 in outrageous fees. 1000 reconditione fee, $599 Doc fee, $400 MVC fee and that’s before you pay state tax. Needed a car for my wife but had my eye on a new Acura as a gift to myself as a 25 year career police officer comes to a end. Beware this dealerships fees. Thankful there are other dealerships to shop at that aren’t trying to fleece you with fees!!!

Great Customer Service
This is my second Lease with Open Road Acura on rt 18 and I have to say that this time was such a pleasant experience leasing my brand new 2018 TLX. Raymond Lee made it as painless as possible along with the help of his supervisor and Business Dept (Thanks Michael Young). They were able to accommodate my time, getting me out of the old lease and making sure my payments were affordable. From the sales to the service department (Thanks George), I am an Acura member for life. Thanks to these fellas here at Acura I mentioned above. I feel like I am a valued member of the Acura family.

Thank you Raymond for ANOTHER AMAZING experience at Open Road Acura! My husband actually came to Ray in October when he needed a new vehicle. It was a great experience; Raymond showed us options within our budget and helped my husband find the perfect certified ILX for his daily commute to work. He could not be happier; Raymond knew that my husband loved his RSX, yet needed more of a "family" car for our young children; the ILX was perfect! Fast forward 2 months later, I came back with my father, as my father was looking for a certified vehicle as well. We are elated to say that Ray showed us some vehicles and again helped us with an amazing deal on a certified RDX for the family. The entire process was completely headache and worry free... he even entertained my 3 and 7 yr old children with hot cocoa... We have officially become an Acura family thanks to Raymond Lee!
