Kelly and her Low Pressure Tire Light

Had an issue with my tire. Al Rosseter was able to get me in same day and found a small nail as the root cause. He fixed me up at no charge! Great service!

New truck

Had new truck for 4 months and need a jump....drove truck to the dealer and was giving a new battery..... Very happy with the service department

Service review October 2019 good

Was satisfied with the ability to have a rental. I was not satisfied with the cost of cleaning my sunroof it was over priced. I thought there was a part replacement not just a cleaning.

Darren is great service is always good.

I have had great service at the Cortese Ford store. On the other hand my wife recently had a very bad experience at Cortese Jeep. We left the car late the previous night for an oil change and air in a tire. The next day at noon my wife checked on the status of the service. Nick the service advisor indicated that because we did not have an appointment he wasn’t sure when he would get to service her car. She had indicated she needed it by 2 pm in order to pick up our grandchildren. She told him not to bother to work on the car. and she picked it up and took it to Monroe Muffler. The work was done there in 20 minutes. We have been going to Cortese for service on this car since she purchased it in 2011. We were very disappointed because we have been using Cortese for service for 20+ years. Tim Young the previous service provider was wonderful, needless to say we will not return to Cortese Jeep. Please feel free to pass this message onto John Cortese who is a friend. Thanks Frank Geraci

Happy customer

Went in for routine oil change and problem with Ford Pass connection. After the service update, I was still not able to connect phone with car to sync. Patrick saw my frustration and took over reconnecting my phone to the car and finally he was successful. I was so happy. Thanks for the extra effort Patrick.
