I drove from OKC to Frisco to purchase my new, and very first, Volvo. I had some unpleasant experiences with some local dealers and searched out of state to find what I was needing and happened upon Crest online. I messaged them and to my surprise, a real human, (not a bot), responded to me and it was after closing. We discussed and negotiated my car. Brandon was honest, contacted me first thing the next morning with the final details and I drove down the following day to buy my car. Brandon was waiting outside for me as I arrived, introduced himself and took me to my car to check it out then we went inside to do paperwork. He introduced me to Gage who finalized all of my paperwork and then Madolyn taught me the basics of my car. Brandon stayed the entire time and made sure I had what I needed. The whole team was stellar and the whole experience was unlike every purchase in my past. The dealership was very welcoming, smelled amazing (I need that fragrance in a candle), and even the employees I didn't deal with were personable in passing. I was in and out in an hour and half. Great experience. They've also followed up to check on me and my car.

Brandon was the first person to respond to my inquiry on

Brandon was the first person to respond to my inquiry on the vehicle I bought. It was late in the evening and I was expecting a "bot" to respond and was pleasantly surprised that a real human contacted me within a minute (almost literally). We discussed the price of the car, negotiated for a quick second and he followed up first thing the very next morning. He was helpful and informative but was not pushy / forceful like every other person I've been in contact with from a variety of dealers here in Oklahoma. We made a plan for me to buy the car the next day and I let him know what time I would arrive. He was waiting outside of the dealership to greet me. He took me to my car and showed it off, we went inside and visited before I went to talk to Gage in the Finance Department. Gage was a delight and got all of my paperwork taken care of and Brandon came and checked on us in the meantime. Then I was introduced to Madolyn who went over some operational details for my car with me. Everyone was so pleasant, helpful, genuinely friendly and kind not just to me and my sister but to each other. Brandon visited with my sister about questions she had on a vehicle, (while Madolyn showed me the features of my car), he didn't just walk away when I signed the paperwork. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour and a half which is unlike any experience I've had in the past. The dealership itself was easy to get to, comfortable and accommodating with the lounge area, drinks and snacks and, I have to say, the entire dealership and each office smelled amazing - I need whatever that is in a candle. The team was absolutely stellar.

Great dealership.

Great dealership. Keith always does a fantastic job and a shout out to Jeremi Chapman. Greeted on the drive as soon as I drove up and a loaner car was ready right after I checked in. All work was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend Crest Volvo.
