The service has gotten progressively worse in the last

The service has gotten progressively worse in the last few times I’ve taken my car here. From lack of communication to no detailing I’ve become disappointed from where we started to where we’ve come. I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. I texted and tried to communicate with the service advisor to no avail. I had to call the next day to check on the status of my car and go find out it was ready for pick up.

Bryan was amazing.

Bryan was amazing. Bryan and his crew always takes care of us. Crest Volvo is a 5 star luxury experience.

Great attention and reception.

Great attention and reception. Manager was very communicative during the period it took to repair the car. However, there were 3 items which I would suggest improving. 1- have the tech do a check before returning the car. The AC was reset and didn’t work until I ask the manager about it. Also a tool was left in the Motor close to rotating parts… just found it and I guess I was lucky that didn’t damage anything. 2- I asked for checking both wheel alignment and balance because the car vibrates after 85-90 mph. They said they checked but didn’t find any issues… yet still doing it. 3- car wasn’t washed or vacuum after. Other than those 3 items, service was good. Thanks!

I had something stolen from my car during a service.

I had something stolen from my car during a service. My service manager Mark was great, but nothing was done or offered to remedy the missing item. I notified immediately after entering my car after pickup
