Excellent Customer Service
This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and both times I felt like I got a deal. When I bring my care back for service, they are always warm and welcoming. Griffin Buick GMC
This dealership did not fix my car leaking coolant the first time and after paying $900 for a coolant flush and a water outlet that was not needed I was told to continue to drive the car after I called them 5 minutes after I left and was told the smell from the leaking antifreeze was just residual coolant on the motor from the repair made. I continued to drive the car and my heat stopped working. I then knew that the car was still leaking. I took the car back to Griffin Buick where they didn?t offer any refund for the wrong work performed and wanted to charge me almost $1400 for the vehicle to be repaired with leaks in 3 places, around the water pump and reservoir. I then said no thanks and got another reputable mechanic to fix my car correctly for $1080. I wouldn?t recommend Griffin Buick to anyone and if I could give less than 1 star for repair work, I would. We value you as a customer and do value your feedback. I don't believe that we had changed out the wrong part but just the most obvious leak at the time that we inspected the vehicle for this issue. With a sealed system that builds pressure the next weakest link can present itself after the system has run to full operating temperature and now builds more pressure then it was prior to the first repair this can at times happen instantly or over a period of time weeks or months. You are correct in stating it can probably be fixed elsewhere cheaper, we use the GM certified and warrantied parts here that do cost a little more but hold a better warranty with GM. We are more than willing to explain in further detail If you would give us the opportunity to do so, as we do not want to lose you as a customer. My new Buick is excellent. Griffin Motor Company, Inc. is a nice relaxed dealership that is extremely professional. My sales person, Tyler, was great to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This is my second Buick and I truly feel Buick is a superior product and so, I feel like I could one day return to purchase another Buick from Griffin Motor Company, Inc. because my experience was very pleasant and considering I live on the eastern half on North Carolina it was well worth the journey!

A/C repair on my 2016 GMC Sierra
The A/C belt broke on a Saturday afternoon. I was going out of town on Sunday morning so I decided to leave my truck at the service department of Griffin GMC and completed the key drop envelope then left on my planned trip in a friends car. Monday morning around 8am, I received a call from Roger the service manager who informed me he had his service technician diagnose the issue with my 2016 Sierra. Unfortunately the compressor was locked up and would have to be replaced. Roger said he would have the truck repaired by the end of the day and told me the costs. I told him to repair the truck but he could schedule what was best for his service scheduling as long as I could pick up my truck by late Wednesday afternoon. I received a call on Tuesday afternoon my truck was ready. I arrived at the dealership around 3pm on Wednesday and my truck was returned to me without any billing surprises. It was pleasing to know there was a 2 year warranty on the repair at any GM dealership. My experience with the service department was very professional. I will be returning to Griffin GMC for my future service and maintenance needs.

NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH THIS SHADEY CO
do not allow them to pull your credit, I had told them okay to buy a certain car brand new, I was approved, they knew I would be out there at a certain time and I even had my insurancewritten up to the vin numbers and they turn around and sell it from under me. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. I had even got approved at another lender for less interest rate and they said if i want the 500.00 discount I needed to go with their lender.
We are very sorry you didn't get the vehcle you wanted, we can't hold a vehicle endlessly. It is a first come first serve basis. There was every opportunity to come in and purchase, all the steps had been taken. Unfortunately, it was sold before you decided to come in. At this time new vehicles are in high demand. We thank you for the opportunity to earn your business, maybe in the future we can.
New Truck Buying Experience
