Best Experience Ever!

The car I bought from East Side Auto was a great deal with honest sales people so willing to help. There was no pressure to buy at all. I felt like family the moment I met the sales people. Yes hail damage but nothing I couldn’t get fixed if i chose to. Great experience and honest advice!

Open and honest

Called on a vehicle I was interested in. Staff advised that particular one was "salvage title" due to flood damage and saved me a 200 mile round trip.

diamond in rough

Shopping at dealers, i felt like i was being taken for a ride. At the big dealers, looking at cars i know are valued at $6,000 they wanted 10. told me that if i didn't buy then, it would raise in price. Now i came to this place, from the looks, it didnt look appealing. but i went in anyways to just check it out. the mechanics there were amazing, honest, and straight shooting on opinons or things to look out for when buy a car. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the prices were beyond fair. When buying the car, they showed every part bought for the car, and prices they paid. ive never seen a place so open about their cars and work done. It was like a breathe of fresh air. Highly recommend this place if your fine with having a salvage car and knowing all they did to make it almost a brand new car again. Don't expect to haggle either. Their prices are set as low as possible so its a fair price, one i didnt feel i was cheated and they dont feel cheated either.

Best Experience Ever!

It was my first time purchasing a car and I am so happy I came here. I was worried used car dealers were sketchy and untrustworthy but these guys at East Side Auto were just the opposite. I bought a 2015 Jeep Compass and haven?t had any problems! It?s been a year and has been so reliable. The service and quality of the vehicle is amazing! These guys know their cars. I recommend.

4X REPEAT CUSTOMER! YOU CAN'T KEEP US AWAY

Every time we purchase a car/SUV here, we leave thinking, "What a steal!" Last car had minor hail dents. 3 year old car w 10k miles for 1/3 the purchase price. Buying process is very streamlined and easy--no DMV necessary. Walk the grounds; you'll be sure to find something you want to drive away--just ask our salesman, Mark. Repairs and bodywork are top-notch--No complaints.

Candy Shop of Car Buying

This is the kind of place that is honestly a great way to spend an afternoon. You can find really great deals on cars! Hail damage means cosmetic instead of structural damage. You can easily get a new model year with low miles for around $10,000. The keys are in the cars and you're encouraged to independently start them and drive around if you like. No one will hassle you because they aren't paid on commission and are rather busy besides. In the winter, someone will be driving around in case you want to jump start a car. Based on everything I've heard, they do a great job fixing everything up on the car once you decide to purchase. They'll even put new tires on the car if the tread is too low. They do take trade ins but I've never asked about that. They usually recommend people to financing with Firefly Credit Union as they recognize their cars are more difficult to finance and Firefly is familiar with them. They do have cars with clean titles also. These are usually owned by a self-insuring company like Hertz Rentals so financing through your current bank may also be possible. There are many more cars in their yard than online so it's definitely worth just visiting. You'll get much more value for the money purchasing there. Those that aren't clean titles are salvage titles that will be fixed up and at purchase will be prior salvage titles. This is an important distinction that you can research more. There's also a process to be able to qualify as a prior salvage; you can read about this also. Even if you're not in the market for a car, this is definitely worth visiting! I speak high praises of Eastside with everyone because I believe in getting a better car on a limited budget.

Bought a car & happy as -- ------

I was thinking of a replacement car , mentioned it at Mc&D -coffee clutch and a gal ' pipped up to try here. [ I have 1 other salvage car] then another gal ! /both bought there & very happy. Neighbor also bought a car , told me the web site & gave their blessing--- IF you like lot's of choices / absolute no pressure / no Cheshire cat salesmen running off to dark mysterious places for answers / no haggle /or no free hotdogs . try here, Jason , Troy , Service Dept. had a problem item fixed and ready to go the next day [never thought they would get the part that soon let alone fixed] Accommodating , Easy , Good , Painless time ---Will be back
