Walked away from Sale due to Bad Salesman & Sub Par Car

My husband and I are very shocked and disappointed by our experience with your dealership. We were all set to purchase a car and when we came today to pick it up, the car had bald tires and obvious signs of having been broken into. When we indicated that the tires were an issue, the salesman became aggressive and belligerent, even insulting my son, saying "Oh you're one of THOSE guys". He was then rude to me when I told him we would not purchase the vehicle unless the tires were replaced. Why would we pay nearly $12 thousand dollars for a used car that has bald tires? The salesman kept telling us that your dealership had to pay a $700 fee to the bank, I hope that was worth the loss of a $12,000 sale and three (counting our son) new customers. When I asked for our personal papers back he slapped them on the desk and said "all that work for nothing, good luck finding another car". That is unprofessional and unacceptable. After we left he also texted me on my cell phone and said he was sending the car back to the dealership in Beacon. We will take our business somewhere else and never recommend Healey Kia to anyone.

Thank you Tony and Vails Gate's KIA

I am in a wheelchair and wanted to trade in my top of line Edge for a new Kia Sorento low end to fit my budget. Tony meet me at my car and assisted my wife getting me into store. My wife spotted a certified preowned Kia Sorento and Tony drove it infront of dealership so I could get in car for test drive.Tony, GM and finance manager worked very hard in getting me what I wanted for my trade,price on Kia and interest rate. Very fair and no pressure sales.

Great experience

Brecken was great. He showed me a variety of card that were within my budget and didn't pressure me into one. Mark also explained my financing and options. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. No pressure, no hassle

No hassle buying!

Just bought a 2015 optima ex. No hassle in the negotiating the OTD (out the door) price! Sales people are down to earth and do NOT try and get every penny they can out of you. My salesman, Brecken, was honest and made me feel right at home. 20 minutes after walking in the door, I had made the deal for my new car.

Great Service

Received a timely call about what I needed done and ensured that I knew what the total outcome would be. Made sure that I was aware that there was 30 more minutes before my vehicle was completed.

it was all good and clean

it was smooth it took a little longer than i like but that wasnt anyones fault. I am just an impatient person

Overall...great experience.

Drove into the HEALEY KIA dealership, purchased a new vehicle and drove off the lot in about 4 hours. All the staff was friendly and courteous of our time.
