Looking for a used car so I Bought a car good service from Sales only thing is them making you finance at 7.9 interest thru infinity is ridiculous but that?s not the sales team that?s the owners

Came down today with some friends to look for a new to us vehicle to help get out of the current money pit. We saw John today. One of the nicest sales men i have ever worked with. Was helpful and knowledgeable. Made the experience feel extremely comfortable and didn't feel pressured. Unfortunately do to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to get the vehicle we were looking for. Highly recommend this place to go. Great staff and one of the nicest showrooms and offices I have seen.

Purchased a 2020 Nissan Murano from Infinity of Na
Purchased a 2020 Nissan Murano on Saturday and the salesman Jake was awesome. Very knowledgeable personable. Couldn’t do enough for us. Start to finish. Very impressed with this dealership. Kristen and the team were excellent right from the start.
Kristen and the team were excellent right from the start. She was able to get me in for an oil change the day that I called. I live an hour away but was going to be in the area. While I was there Kristen said she could have them check my check engine light. She kept me up-to-date on the progress. I ended up getting a loaner because it was gonna take longer than anticipated. She kept me up-to-date with phone calls and text and made everything very easy for me. They are a hour away but I found the place I will do my service in going forward.

Since my review was posted I was reimbursed for the cost of shipping the mat back (thank you Jordan). AND… Victor the service manager reached out to me about the repairs that were needed. He let me know that they were all covered under warranty so o brought my car back to Infiniti of Nashua and got a loaner for the week. Victor B and Kristin (I’d give her 10 stars if I could) were wonderful to work with, great customer service and communication! When I went to pick my car up they had detailed it inside and out at no charge. This was a great experience

Great service team. I went in for my appointment, service valet greater me and walked me to the advisor. Kristen took care of my car and checked on what was covered by warranty, set up my rental and maintained contact through out. Picked up my car 2 days after.
Bought a used QX50 two weeks ago. Jordan was great to work with. Randy, the floor sales manager, "acted" nice but rather pushy to get the deal done. Called me several times and was more than happy to answer every phone call and text when it was in his favor for me to buy the car. Two days after the buying the car, it was raining. The car smelled awful of cigarette smoke and the driver's seat was making loud creaking noise and moving out of position. They claim they certified the car. Women in service said "Well we only take it right down the road to drive it, so we wouldn't have noticed." How did you know this car was certified then? Within a week, the car was back in the shop to have the smoke smell removed and fix the seat. Dennis was pleasant to work with. Immediately I had buyer's remorse and wanted to return the car within 3 days of buying it. Randy didn't care to engage in conversations about it and said NH doesn't have a grace period to return cars. I sent a few texts and left messages to discuss the car and he never connected with me. Said he would forward messages to other managers who would reach out. They did not. Today, I received a call back from Jordan that they are willing to give me $4000 less than I just paid for the car two weeks ago (and they are making thousands off my trade) if I want to trade it in. I completely understand losing value driving off the lot with a new car, but this is crazy. They said I could trade it in and just "roll" the difference into an already $40,000 payment. Oh, they claim the reason for giving me $4000 less than buying price is the fact that they need to recertify the car again. What a joke! They didn't care enough to certify it in the first place properly. It is apparent that this dealership only cares about making the deal and not about customer satisfaction and repeat business. I am disgusted at their careless attitudes, lack of understanding that this isn't the car for me after all, and the fact that they aren't willing to work with me to get me into another Infinity at a reasonable price. Bogus. I will never shop there again. Be sure you know what you are buying because they will screw you if you made a wrong decision and won't help you out unless you have $4000 to throw away.
