I had taken my 2015 QX60 for service to this place (I had purchased this car from Infiniti Of Nashua 3 years ago). When I got the car back I noticed that... the driver side mirror had scratches and the molding was broken. Talked to Victor Pena (my service adviser) and he showed me a picture of the car (that was taken when the car came in for service) and argued that it was an existing damage. But the picture they showed me was NOT CLEAR and I DID NOT see any damages in the mirror. We went back and forth on this and finally I asked for the manager. I was told that the manager was in a meeting. I got the phone number of the manager (Victor Burgos) and scheduled an appointment. He said we can review the pictures and VIDEO FOOTAGE of the car when it came in and see if the damage was pre-existing. I immediately said OK because I knew that if there were other pictures and videos (that showed the driver side mirror clearly) those would support my claim that the damages were NOT PRE-EXISTING. When I went to see Victor Burgos he also showed me the exact same picture that the service adviser had showed me before and suggested the damage was pre-existing. I told him "I had seen this picture before and I don't see any damages in this picture" and asked for the video footage. Victor Bugos said "he does not need to look at the video footage". Also he refused to fix the damages. Now I am really sure they DID NOT have any other pictures and/or any video footage, they were just lying thinking that I wont come back to review those. So the bottom-line is they damaged my 45K car and refused to fix the damage. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership (I had purchased my 2015 QX60 from here 3 years ago and have been doing all my services here) but this whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. Will not be taking my QX60 to this dealership again.
Sean is very responsive and patient. He helped me to find a car that fit my needs. Dave and Mike are easy to work with. The transaction went smoothly.... After purchasing the car, I realized that I left my favorite CD in my tradein. Sean helped me to retrieve it in time.

Have you ever purchased a car, and realized it was perfect except for that ONE thing that you knew if you didn't have it on your car, it was going to be... maddening to you? Well, I had that happen to me. I purchased a beautiful car from the Infiniti dealership in Nashua. It had low mileage, one owner, great Carfax, and it was BEAUTIFUL. Like, WOW!! This car was awesome. It had everything I wanted... with one tiny thing that was only available on the premium package. In my haste, I neglected to confirm this at the time of purchase. So the next day I went into the dealership hoping that maybe I had overlooked a step in setting up the system, and maybe they could help me find the right button to make it all magically work. Sadly, no, this feature simply was not available on tnr base model of the car. But all hope was not lost! Sean and the team at Infiniti did anything to make it right. It's not easy to tell someone who just bought a car from you that this feature you had taken for granted was not going to be available in the car you already drove off the lot the night before. But let me tell you, everyone there was very responsive and super helpful. They did everything they could to make things right. Thankfully, Because I had gone in early the next day, all the paperwork had not yet been filed and they were able to do a trade to put me in another car with more options, and that special feature that was so critical to me. They made what could have been a very stressful situation MUCH better. I left the dealership completely satisfied with my new purchase. I think it speaks volumes of how this dealership responded in a very stressful situation. They wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase, and did what they could to help. They very easily could have said, sorry we can't do anything for you. I'm truly grateful they worked with me. I'd recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Nice job guys!!
