I was came to Infiniti of Nashua to look at a used 2010 Nissan Altima that I was very much interested in. I test drove the car and when made up my mind,... I asked to put down some money to hold the car while I got my affairs in order. The following day, I was in touch with the salesman who was working with me and when I told him I was interested in the car and ready to come down to do business, he told me to fill out the credit application, submit it and come on down with my co-signer to make a deal. The following day I called that morning and asked to speak with the salesman to inform him that I was coming down. He was busy with a client so I decided to go to the dealership and wait. When I arrived, to my complete surprise and disappointment, the car was sold right in front of me. The salesman showed hardly any remorse or concern. I was furious and immediately left. All in all, terrible business. I do not recommend doing business with Infiniti of Nashua because this is a true story that could potentially happen to you. Save your money and go somewhere where you will be treated with respect and somewhere they want to do proper business with you.
Shane Dennis was very attentive and helpful. I came in with a trade in that they do not even sell on their lot but he was able to work with me and come... up with a deal! I couldn't be happier with my 2011 Subaru Legacy, thanks again for all your help Shane!

I need to return my car as my lease expires next month and I've already purchase a car from another dealer. The General Manager Dave Gerardi won't take... my phone call and won't respond to my messages. The lease on this car expires in two weeks and this dealer won't reach back to me.
